Hours on website say open til 8pm...doors were locked by 7:10pm. Staff saw us coming to door & walked back to fitting room then hid. Lost not only me as a customer but another gentleman that pulled up. Update your hours or stay open until 8pm. Not cool.

Pros: Great prices and friendly helpful staff for the most part.Cons: The selection felt a bit limited based on my experience at other Adidas outlets. Also felt bad when a young employee had a manager scolding him saying “Are you working? I don’t see you talking to customers” even though I just saw him help someone else. To make matters worse she the goes and is looking at shoes. When I asked her for help she called another employee over and proceeded doing what looked like nothing. Just didn’t seem right.

I bought a pair of Adidas online at Adidas Ebay - they were defective with bad insole of shoes actually hurt my feet. I took to this store for exchange (I had my electonic receipt) - they would only give me $15.00 for shoes, not exchange for similar. I only buy Adidas; however, will never set foot in this store again.

Awesome!!! Found a great work bag that will fit my computer and binders. Got an amazing pair of shoes for my 12yr old son. And...must go back for a couple outfits! Lol Great customer service! No lines. Great selection, prices, and size selection.

Selection of clothing wasn’t great at all. Hardly any sizes or than xs,s, or medium. The shoes selection is small. I miss the old, larger store they had at this mall. I get more variety and selection at other retailers in town. Staff was friendly and store was tidy but besides that, not really any good deals. I find better deals on Amazon and kohls.

My seven year old needed new shoes so we went to adidas outlet. After he tried them on, an employee asked if his new shoes made him run really fast. 10/10. Kids love that and I did, too. Nice job.

Had a great sale going on and they're staff went way out of their way to find the last pair of shoes in my size in the store. Don't get that type of service often and it was amazing getting it from their staff.

Super excited to shop here - went to the website. Hours say open at 9, phone message says 10. Called at 9, answering machine, 9 during the holidays is a better time to open. With no one picking up and answering machine saying 10, I’ll have to assume it’s 10. Living far away, it matters!

My favorite brand of clothing and shoes.The store was unorganized, staff was rude and inventory was low.Its a long drive out to Johnson Creek. I am not seeing the value any longer.I hate saying this but I do not recommend shopping here.

Absolutely phenomenal customer service the gentleman there when way out of his way to help me find different sizes for all of my kids and my husband. He spent an hour with me and was so thoughtful. The store is really nicely arranged and their selection can't be beat I highly recommend this place and have come here multiple times

Long story short we bought shoes online and they never arrived at our home address. We called Adidas customer service and Fed-Ex both which confirmed they were delivered elsewhere actually to this store instead. They gave us a complete run around on how to get a refund since we didn’t get the shoes that we ordered. Very upsetting we called this store and Russ went ABOVE and BEYOND! Russ made sure to hold the same pair that we ordered and wanted to make things right for us! Russ handled the situation with absolute customer service in mind! Thank you SO much Russ for taking care of us and even saving us money on the very same shoe!!! We will definitely only go into the store now for our shoes verse shopping online. Russ keep up the AMAZING customer service!!!!

Great store, I went there the other day and they had 40% off the whole store added on to the clearance items! They asked if i needed help, good service. And the prices are what everyone likes, even ultraboosts were $90 instead of $180 retail. You also can find some rare shoes there so keep your eyes pealed

About Johnson Creek outlet, its a nice clean youthful attitude staffed branch.Always everything 50% off. Also u can use your coupons and discounts if applicable.There POS accepts all major payments method. Google pay, apple pay, Samsung pay. Etc etc. Not sure about bitcoins.. well get there and have fun.

Nice selection of soccer pants and soccer jackets. I found some on sale for a great price.They also had a clearance rack of assorted apparel.Checkout could have been a bit faster.

My wife and I came here looking for the ultra boost shoes. She had a foot injury and wanted to try them on in person after she heard how comfortable they were. They didn’t have them in the store, but the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They had her try on a few shoes that were similar to the ultra boost and assured her that if she loved the shoes she was trying at the store, she would definitely love the ultra boosts.So with that knowledge I ordered her ultra boosts online and she’s a very happy girl! Thank you very much for your help! :)

They definitely need more options for women's apparel, especially t-shirts and t-shirts that don't hug the neck so much like the men's t-shirts are! Every time I shop here I end up buying myself clothes on the men's side because they don't have the same pants and sweatpants on the women's side. Actually I went yesterday and a week ago and there's maybe 2 types of pants for women, either the spandex type or the thin type of jogging pants. I suffer from Raynauds and I need thick and warm clothing than the limited options Johnson Creek Adidas always seems to carry. I don't understand why they can't carry the warmer jogging pants and jacket/hoody that's always available in men's but not in women's.
