Friendly atmosphere, inside ATM but charges, self checkout & help nearby. Grocery department well stocked and matching prices. Electronics department needs improvement, prices & staff.

Walmart+ Delivery order finalized at 345. Supposed to be delivered by 7. Delayed 2 hours, assured it's still coming. 1030, nothing. the next day, nothing. Still delayed. Custoner service says they couldn't find a driver. So I assume then NO ONE got deliveries from 345 - 10p.m. since mine is just sitting there in limbo and you couldn't rightfully passing mine and keep delivering.This is after paying $10 for expedited 90min delivery last week and, guess what? Didn't get it again until 2 hours after then 90min window.All after paying a premium for the membership "benefits." Walmart+ is an absolute trash service.

got some fresh refrigerated dog food for the dog as a treat. it was on markdown didn't realize it was out of date till after I fed it to her it expired 11/03/23. I bought it 2/29/24. 3 months out of date. I returned it no problem they had 2 more boxes back there with the same date be careful

Very rude service in the deli department. I believe the guys name was Michael he is not friendly and very rude. Never had such horrible service in a Walmart the way I had there in Jefferson. I will not be going back to this Walmart unless I have to. Brought it to the managements attention and they didn't care. So I will take my money elsewhere. Not a good look for the company

Saw a fight between a handicap man and a lesbian woman in the parking lot. Got very heated. I don't believe in harassing disabled people. Would expect more parking lot security.

I work doing Spark and there is an employee who is like a team leader (working in the return section) who is very rude and racist. I just witnessed how she mistreated and employee and is always the same issue. Everytime she see me is like if I'm going to steal something just because I'm Latino. She is short with blonde gray hair. She just run to the self check out register I was to verify if I scanned all the items for the order. I don't have any issue with them doing that, is how it works but is the way she act and do it. A team leader like that will only contaminate good future employees.

It's your typical Walmart Supercenters they do have covered parking for bad weather. They also have pick up available. Order online order if you want show up and they bring it out to you what more could you ask for? If your if you're looking for something from the Hot Food Deli you have to get here before 5 they close at 5 p.m.. the store was not overly crowded at 5:45 p.m. some people wearing masks some not

I ordered over $300.00 on the online ordering system and received some meat that was about a month in a half old it was dated use or freeze by March 4th 2023 and I ordered April 12th and got my grocery's April 13th. The product was Smithfield Breakfast pork patties every one should look at your dates regardless. Though there is more to this than what I am saying, My neighbor works at the Jefferson Walmart and she hates me but is to afraid to directly confront me. So the only solution I am coming up with is she put this over expired meat into my bag thinking I wouldn't see it, but I did. With how much business there is there, you would think they wouldn't have way over expired stuff to sell to consumer's

I'm very disappointed that everything you have to check out yourself. Having self check out as if you're going for 1 or 2 items it's ok But when you are going for family grocery shopping its a pain.

dont let this man sell you a phone. works for Osl. he will say whatever it takes to sell you a phone. everything he told me and my fiance was a lie. plan was 2 times the price. nothing but a con artist. the do not end up being free like he will tell you

Every time we pick up a prescription at the pharmacy the dark hair woman with wrist sleeves on both hands is incredibly rude and obnoxious. I don’t think I should apologize to you for dispensing my prescriptions. Next time you roll your eyes maybe think how employees like you are the reason for self checkouts.

Most of the staff is friendly and helpful but the put the rudest employees at the service desk. They always stand there talking to each other and when a line starts to build one will go over and help at the register. The other person never helps the next person in line. There pricing is often wrong so I now use the app to scan items on sale. Sometimes it doesn't even match the price at the register as the scan price online. I have let them know of these issues but they don't seem to want to fix them at all.

As of November 2022, this store is finishing up some big renovations. IMO, most of 2022 shopping here was frustrating due to said renovations. I had a pleasant experience the day before Thanksgiving! Products are placed in areas they belong. The self check-out systems are more user friendly. Big tip: download the Walmart app to your phone. Use it to search for items & if you have the store you are in selected, the app will tell you the aisle to find it! I’m going to likely continue shopping mostly online, however it is nice to know that if I need to make a trip, this store is making improvements.

Update 7/2/2023 @ 8pm: Downgraded for 2 stars to only 1....They refused to honor coupons that had an expiration date of today for me and the lady in front of me. Coupons expire at the end of the day listed on the coupon not the day prior like the "lead” insisted. They lost out on at least $60 in sales because of it. Mine was $20 and I'm guessing the largest box of Huggies is at least $40 if not more. Like I said, go somewhere else if at all possible.Previous review: Living in a rural area there are not a lot of options close by so I do go to this location frequently. However, if I have time I prefer to drive to the Walmart in Watertown as it is way better stocked and with better options.Whoever does ordering for the Jefferson location struggles as they even forgot to order tomato cages summer 2022. They struggled with keeping stock prior to Covid so I know not all of their inventory issues can be blamed on Covid.Their pick up grocery shoppers are completely inconsiderate of customers actually in the store. They typically block an entire shelf area with their cart while they pick what they need. This wouldn't be an issue if they were just getting one thing. But one time I literally had a girl block the ENTIRE cheese cooler area and I waited for her to find the item and then she had to get another item at the other end of the cooler and left her cart blocking the area so no one else could get anything. Seriously train them to be mindful of others around them. I have patience but if you see someone else trying to get their groceries, don't block an entire cooler area so no one else can get anything. This is just 1 example of many.If you have an option to go elsewhere, I suggest you do.

We have been using the online grocery service for a year and half now and it's been awesome! So easy to go online and order what we need, and we don't spend extra money since we are not in the store shopping, so it has kept our grocery bill down too. The employees are super friendly, kind and they enjoy talking with you when you're there for the groceries. The food they pick is fresh and doesn't have expiration dates that are within a day of getting our food. Really love this service and don't plan on not using it. Keep up the great work and thank you for working during this difficult time!

Walmart is getting worse. I couldn't find either of the items I was in looking for. The shelves where one of the items should have been were a mess. I asked an employee about another item. (You know, a lady wearing a Walmart vest working on one of the isles.) Her reply was: 'Oh, I don't work here.' To which I replied: 'Ah.......the Walmart vest had me fooled.'I just gave up and left the store.You need to step up your game, Walmart.

I work at this placeWe are very short staff so we don't have a lot of registers open. We try to encourage customers to use the self checks. Some customers feel like they will only take full service, others aren't sure about using self checks. Still others believe we will lose our jobs if they use self checks. This is not a concern, because we still have to staff the self checks. I do enjoy working there, but I do not like the long lines either.

Customer service is absolutely astonishingly bad. But we’re finding this to be true at most Walmart stores throughout the country. Also, the prices marked on the shelves are NOT what rings up at the register! Every visit there are at least 2+ items which ring up much higher than the marked shelf price! Now I spend an extra 10-15 minutes checking my receipt and focusing on ALL items we’re scanning!!

Store was transitioning from summer to fall and back to school. Some empty shelves and messy aisles. Would love to have option of smaller carts. There are the big carts which are much like driving a bus. There are the hand-held baskets that are great for small trips. The middle of the road carts are in short supply and rarely available in the cart bay. Self check out is dominant so be prepared if this isn't your jam.

Prices are barely better than other stores. Often limited stock of basic items. Not a fan of self check out for a cart full of groceries. New arrangement of store is unnecessary.
