Picked up a bunch of Hunting supplies, with my 3 kids last week. I was very happy to see they had what I was looking for. I will have to return and see what else they have to offer. Overall, it was a positive experience, everyone that I talked to was very friendly. When I check out the cashier gave my three kids each an American flag stick. They really liked that a lot.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Clean and organized. I usually find something I didn't really need but buy anyway. I'm happy that this store finally stocks American Natural Premium dog food.

It is nice to have this option for such a small town. Their selection goes beyond your local hardware store and the staff is friendly and has been informative and knowledgable in my experience.

A fairly wide selection of products, but a few of the items I went there for were out of stock. That is why I do most of my shopping online. Long drive only to come home empty handed.

Sort of like farm and fleet. Some prices are excellent but not all. Good selection of ammo and car care including trailer supplies. I like this store a lot.

Good prices on ammo. I buy my .45 acp ammo there. FYI if you buy 2 boxes of 50 rounds, you spend about 10 dollars less than if you bought 1 one hundred round box.

Some products the big box store across the street doesn't have and find ot a Theisens. Clerks are friendly and we love the free popcorn 🍿! The manager Tina was so helpful when an issue came up.

I was needing some small screws. I was having a small problem with getting them & filling out the form. The cashier would need. A employee stop by & offer his help. I asked where two other items were at. He told me exactly where they were!! It's a great place to shop.

I encountered a very rude checkout clerk at this store. She said she sometimes needs to "use some sass" with customers because we don't listen. She should not be allowed to deal with customers. I came to your store to buy d-cell batteries. It was my first visit and my last. I gave you one star because you actually had what I needed.

Really nice selection of various items. They happen to carry the only cat food that my mother-in-law's picky cat will eat. Free popcorn, the store is immaculate, staff is very helpful and friendly. My husband and I look forward to stopping in. Very nice addition to the Jefferson business community.

It's an okay store. Overpriced on quite a few items, so you need to watch because most likely you can find it elsewhere for a more affordable price. Also if you foolishly set your mobile device down and misplace it within their store, the employees walking around will not help you. The front cashier right when you walk in, is nice and will help with anything ...including finding a lost phone.

Nice, helpful staff. Clean, well organized mini Fleet Farm. Unfortunately did not have very common parts to connect a refrigerator water line. I did buy a few things priced far less than ACE, but others twice as much for identical branded items. They did not have my size in jeans. If you are short, forget it. What bean pole wears a 30/34? I actually found a pack of nightlight bulbs at Lake Mills Country market for 75% less? It pays to shop around!

The go to store for many farm and fleet needs without the large box atmosphere. Their size (small/medium) means they do not have a vast variety, but they do have a solid selection. They came to town shortly after the Ace hardware closed and I find them filling that gap nicely, while providing more in the sports/hunting department than other local shops. At first I was not sure if they would last, but after a year or so, I believe that they are getting a nice foundation of loyal customers that will keep them open for hopefully a long time. And whenever allowed they have free popcorn for customers to enjoy, which is always a nice touch.

Walked in hopes of finding a portable heater....We are in a deep freeze, -50 wind chill today and tomorrow. Hard to keep warm indoors. Staff was friendly and helpful. They even offered to carry them to my car for me! I will be back again! Thank you for the awesome service!!

Employees are not trained before hunting season how to sell licenses. Manager just tells the employee how to do it over the phone. She should have been standing with the employee and showing him how to do not hiding somewhere in the back.

They seem to, at most times, have what I need and at a competitive price! Although the selection isn't like a big box store, you'll find what you need or a comparable selection. I also like the people who work there! They're always right there asking you if you need help, explaining about products, etc

I went once, and once only to look for a mail box. I bought a few other items for my service animal's in training. They screwed up my transaction, that cashier left, another took over in the middle of there mistake trying to fix my transaction; long story short... I have to wait for my money to come back on my card, and left with almost nothing, due to I didn't bring much cash on me, and they already sent the transaction through which put my money on hold..No; I won't be a regular shopper at this establishment.

I gave them a 1 star last year. Since then I have been working with them on lots of projects, they turned the store around .the people are very easy to work with, they listen to your needs and try to actually help. Very well done, a great place to stop in for just about anything.
