Ok. This store has gone back to a corporate store. At least that was the rumor I heard. Malicki’s really did attempt to get this place up to date, but my guess is that the repairs actually needed were just far too outrageous. I finally stopped in today— I admit I’ve been relying too heavily on Instacart. This place looks AMAZING. The entire freezer section has been repaired, replaced, all the things! The floor looks great. The rest of the store just looks next level spiffy.If you’ve been skipping out on The Pig in town for the last few years, it’s time to head back there. Are their prices a little higher than Walmart? Yeah, sure. But their meat and produce are far superior and they run really good ad sales. I’m happy to pay a slight premium just to avoid Walmart.I’ve attached a few photos so you can see the much improved frozen section for yourself! No more snow covered ice cream! No more wet rotting floors and caution signs!

Malicki's PIggly Wiggly has been really upping their game lately. Produce has gotten MUCH better, the nice selection of bourbon is a great addition, the local sections are great (Hubbleton Brewing Company is a GREAT addition), and there's always something that exceeds expectations. The store pick Elijah Craig is incredible! Nicely done!

Generally, I like this store, but I bought a watermelon and was overcharged. Did relies it til I got to my car. Not happy I went back in and asked for my money back and told the person at the service desk they could keep th we melon if they wanted to overcharge everyone. Got my money back and as I left the service person flipped my off. Not making or keeping customers here people. If you shop here check your receipt there crooks.

I have no complaints. I do however have suggestions, like there needs to be more variety in the deli section, more subs, salads, etc... and with that, there needs to be more to choose from, so more than 2 subs, more than 2 taco dips. On the up side, everything was fresh in the deli and I didn't see anything expired so overall good job.

I was in getting a quick bite at the deli and realized there was a good sale on 7up and a cashier left his station and got me a cart. then went over to the other lines to bag and waited til I returned to instantly check me out. what a nice man.

Nice little local store. Employees are always very friendly, store is always clean. I can only shop sale items here though. The regular prices are just too high for my budget. If I could, I would do all my shopping here, but I need to make that dollar stretch.

The produce, on sale or not, avacado's are usually already bad, produce is kept too long. And the friendliness of the cashier's and the prices do not scream "Come in, we are friendly".

Wonderful sub sandwhiches from the deli. Delicious and very reasonably priced. Love the local items being sold at the store. Meat counter is awesome. Rotisserie chickens in my opinion are the best around. Love the cheese curds. Always a great experience when shopping here.

Since the change of ownership the store has improved greatly. You can tell the owners have put a lot of work into making the store look nice and serve the community. The puns out front really add a nice touch as well.I only wish there was a wider variety of vegetables, but I'm happy with how much they are able to offer with the store's limited shelf space

Lemme tell y'ALL...This store and it's owner Alex, Jessica in produce and ALL the employees are awesome!!!!I just moved here last December..felt lost during lock down pandemic, I'm over 65yrs and being elderly, nor driving, not being able to get out it was scary...But Alex and staff.. they came thru for me "like champs!!"Would place my order on line (and I've done so every month since) and they always send me the best of what they have with great customer service and cheerful attitudes!! Sure....they might have had problems with coolers not operating right..but their HONEST about it!! And just so you know..by shopping with them and supporting them..they can possible make the money to fix those problems..that's what communities do and SHOULD DO!Let's face it...it's been hard on every business.....I will continue to support them, because they support me!!

The shelf products & produce on sale were either gone or the items that were left were not the quality I would be happy with. Most of the meat I saw was very nice looking. A few of the poultry packages were not of the quality I would be buying. I didn't interact with any employee except the checker who was very friendly. The bagger was new as was evidenced by the way he packed & treated my items. The store itself had standing water on the floor in several areas, otherwise was clean.There were a few areas marked for the Covid-19 concerns, although no employee I witnessed wore a mask.

Nice grocery store. Good selection, I try not to shop Mondays for produce as it is picked over from the weekend. They are slowly making improvements to the store. New shopping carts are clean and in good repair.

It's a compact store, very clean and staffed with friendly people. I found exactly what I was looking for (concord grape jelly made with cane sugar) and something I had never seen before (rye whiskey distilled in Wisconsin). It's a great local store!

Kind helpful staff. Clean uncrowded aisles and fresh produce. If I can't find anything I just asked and they will order it and bring it in the store. Definitely would go back on a regular basis. Great deli as well.

Well there meat isnt good one day i saw the meat guy out back with his white coat they wear when they cut meat your supost to take it off then his hands touched everything where he was sitting it looked gross now im guessing he dint wash his hands when he came in i dont reay know buy since he came out in his white coat im assuming he didnt wash his hands so i wont buy meat there thats gross and the meat always looks brown so thats something you need to keep an eye on that kind of stuff can make people sick

I LOVE the newly designed layout of my neighborhood Piggy Wiggly!!! It's brighter and has a much better flow along with more choices!! If we could just get a gas station on this side of town I would seldom have the need to leave this area for my immediate shopping needs.

I am never disappointed with this store's fresh produce.. while the selection could be a little bigger, the quality is always great!The location could use some updating and TLC, but I will take the mediocre appearance considering how great the staff is. Everyone is always nice, I am greeted every time I visit, and that goes a LONG way!

After walking to the area where the sale product was on sale I discovered it was not there. So I went to the front of the store to a cashier and showed the ad and asked her to return to the area and get the sale item. Using a cane and leaning on the cart I could not go back to look. She returned and said they didn't have it although it is advertised. She took my name and number and said she would call when it came in. We will see won't we. She was kind and polite.

I called today to see the availability for trailers for U-Haul. Because this place is a U-Haul provider. The lady that answered the phone that said she was the person I needed to talk to needs better customer service. I started speaking to her about Uhaul availability and she said holy cow I just got busy a bunch of people just walked up I'm going to have to transfer you to somebody else. Is what she told me it's funny to know that when you call up and essentially you are at the first of the line and then you are told that you're talking to the person that you need to talk to. That this place will Pawn you off because customers walking up take priority of the customer that's on the phone. Not only was I transferred I was put on hold to be transferred to someone in the meat department and then put on hold again. I called back just to be put on hold again safe to say I will never shop here or call for a U-Haul rental ever again. they also refer you to the website will guess what when you go on U-Hauls website their inventory is not updated because it shows at Lake Mills has the trailer I want but calling Lake Mills they do not have one hence this is why people call U Haul to make sure of correct real-time availability you guys need to do better at customer service. I needed this trailer to get this furniture to a family in need.

I won't shop anywhere else for groceries. Staff is nice, store has mostly what I need. Taking off 1 star for the produce section, which is good 9 times out of 10, but every once in a while is completely barren. At the end of the day though, I'm still all about the pig.

It is a very good store though their freezers need fixed and the water on the floor needs mopped up before they have a lawsuit on their hands.Other than all that it's a great store to get your groc, everybody is sweet an helpful.

I love everything about this grocery store. The new owner has really put the time in to making it a fun place to go. From his billboard puns to the local vendors, it truly has a home town feel!
