I will forever be grateful for the humane society. My closest friend Addison Baker introduced me to my foster fail pup Biggie Smalls and will never forget. I fell in love with him from the moment I laid eyes on him and he’s been nothing but a blessing since getting him. The love I see addy giving these dogs is like no other. She sends me pictures of all of these pups/kitties and hearing their stories and how well she does by them. It takes a strong person to be that rock for ALL of these poor animals and she’s definitely 100% that rock they need in life. I take care of the elderly and you know I need to know the human body and the different stages of it but to know the anatomy of all animals is a skill that is not easily obtained. She is a hardworking person and her work ethic definitely shows and couldn’t be more proud of her

I adopted a cat here a couple months ago who went by Sonic at the time. The application process was so quick and all the staff were extremely friendly. Sonic is now names Binx, and he is an absolute gem to have in our household and such an extreme cuddle bug I'm so glad we adopted from here and hope one day in the future have the space to adopt another to fit into the family

I was there for an anxious dog workshop. Really enjoyed it and will definitely be going back for more. I believe I will also be changing vets as well, the clinic that hold them seems like just what my puppers needs.The humane society looked quite large, I was not able to fully go through the building but it is very nice from what I did see. ( Pics are from the seminar)

The staff there are super friendly and answer all your questions. You can tell that everyone their just loves the animals and want them to find a good home.We were fortunate to adopt a couple of kitty love bugs, Danny Zucko (aka Oh Danny boy, the Dan-Dan man) and Joey (aka Joletron, Jo-Jo, Joseph when he's being a stinker).Before you stop by, checkout their wishlist online and bring along a gift for the kitties, dogs, guinea pigs, etc. They're excellent about updating Facebook and their website with new arrivals and who's been recently adopted.

They always have great community events, usually free of charge, adorable animals, but adoption prices are outrageous. Unfortunately, staff is unfriendly, judgemental, and snotty.

Picked up my new dog there and the staff were amazing!! Though I don't recommend you pick up your dog right after getting neutered as it's not a very good experience especially when it gets infected so now you'd have to limit your activity and that really sucks because you want to enjoy your dog when you first get it and enjoy the special moments

Had our two babies spayed here. The process and price were both great.I’ll admit when I pulled up and saw the mobile facility, I was a little worried. I was quickly put to easy.I opted for pain meds, additional shots, and a stylish cone. They were all given to me and explained.Both kitties recovered in literally two days with no issues. I also appreciated the fact they called to check up on them!

We found a dog on the website and immediately fell in love. We put in an application and were told we would hear from them within 3-5 days. It was more than a week later that we heard back and they requested more information. Responded with the information and didn't hear back for another week when they asked MORE questions and wanted even more information. They asked about previous pets and I explained that all dogs I had previously were family pets in my dad's name. They then told us that they would need HIS information and that he would need to have the vet release information to them. I found it insulting due to the fact that I am 30 years old, have years of experience with dogs, and I'm a dog trainer. When I mentioned the fact that I found it ridiculous that it was taking so long to hear back from then (it had been almost a month at this point) I was rudely informed that they only have ONE person who looks at the applications and that she only works ONE day a week. It's absolutely insane to me that they require such extensive information. I understand they want to ensure the pets go to a good home, but it should not take over a month to get approval especially to someone who has extensive experience with animals.

We adopted our Maltese mix from here 2 years ago. They made sure we were aware of his conditions and sent him home with medicine, food, collar, leash, a cute bandana and a discount for his first vet visit! The adoption was very smooth and the lowest prices ive seen in a humane society in WI. Hopefully will adopt again soon. He's grown alot. Thank you guys for this ball of happiness ❤

The animals they had were great but the people working were pretty rude. Talked to one of the workers after filling out an application and we had interpreted two questions differently and cleared up the confusion, seemed fine but then she had an off handed comment about how they would take the animal back and prosecute us if we broke the contract that comes with adoption. That was a shock to us as we were just there looking at cats and didn't provoke the person at all nor even read the contract. I understand they want to give the animals to good homes but the workers seemed like they didn't want to give anyone animals. All in all there are a lot of great Humane Society's very close to this one, that have just as good of animals and would recommend looking at those first.

Best Humane Society. Staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable. Cages and rooms always kept clean and tidy. I love how they give a description with a picture of the animals up for adoption on their website.

The staff helping me with rehoming and surrendering my dog told me it was “irresponsible of me” to surrender my dog knowing his issues. I think it’s pretty responsible of me knowing I cannot take care of this dog and give him what he needs. I thinks it’s responsible of me to try to find him somewhere better to go rather than abandon him on the side of the road.

Walking in you can tell they care a lot about their animals. They all looked healthy and amazing, and the staff was very friendly too! We adopted a wonderful little kitten, and he is super adorable and happy with us. They take great care about who adopts and does not just give to first applicant. Amazing place.

The facility is very nice and clean. We work with the woman we worked with was named Angie, and she was an absolute delight! After we signed all of the paperwork she told us to keep us updated about the cat we adopted on their Facebook page. It felt like they really care about the animals there, even after they're adopted!

Unfriendly staff that does not smile, nor make you even want to consider adopting from them. Denies individuals based on decades old non violent misdemeanor records. They Would rather use euthanasia on animals then give an elderly woman a companion.
