I’ve bought plenty of vehicles and this place by far has the best customer service. Ashley and Greg were both fantastic to work with a low pressure. Greg gave me some great education on finances and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable. Ashley was awesome to work with and very personable. They make a great team! I’m in love with my jeep! Thanks!Update:All of the above is still true. HOWEVER, pictured is the jeep a bought. The running boards weren’t working as they should. I found that it didn’t have a fuse so I went to the parts store and purchased a new fuse for it. After installing the new fuse, they seemed to be stuck from only moving an inch to 2 inches from the bottom to folding up as they should. I called the dealership and they were extremely nice and understanding about what the problem was and I even spoke with 2 individuals that were more than willing to help. We scheduled an appointment and they even offered to pick it up from my work which was 45 mins away from them and give me a loaner vehicle for the day. All of this was exceptional service.This is where I probably underestimated used car dealerships.The manager calls me the day before our appointment( which had been scheduled for a week at this point) and proceeds to tell me that they will not service my running boards. Because “who is going to pay for it?” He tells me that it would be a couple thousand dollars to fix them if I still wanted them in working condition. The running boards themselves are $1,500. Then tells me they took the fuse out because those are “all unreliable” and they he recommends I just look at them as just “your standard running boards”. That’s all fine. My big thing was 0 people mention this to me before I purchased this almost $30k vehicle considering this feature was something I really liked about this jeep.On top of that the manager told me it’s a used vehicle and you’re gonna have problems with used vehicles. And then he says, “just like the Subaru you traded in, it needs a new clutch.” The manager was the one who drove the vehicle to appraise it and said it drove well. The clutch was replaced last year and it’s a nice clutch that we’ve put in plenty of sport cars.The fact he would compare my “burned out clutch” from my trade in and the reason why my running boards on my new vehicle don’t function properly was very very tasteless.I understand this is a used car dealership, unfortunately it’s not different from any other car dealership, well aspects of it.Would I recommend this place to someone, yeah I still probably would. Would I recommend to everyone, no. Would I buy another used car from them…I’m a salesman as well. You can put on a show all the way up until they sign the dotted line. The difference is how you treat them after they do.

If there were 10 stars ⭐️ I would have chosen them. Tammy our sales lady was kind, caring, compassionate and very knowledgeable. Kevin the used car manager was also Top Notch!!The entire experience of selling our vehicle was nothing short of amazing.I won’t forget Chris who sits at the door. He’s is such a sweetheart and greets you as you enter.I highly suggest ANYONE who wants to purchase/sell their vehicle to go here. We were treated like kings!!Exceptional Team at Griffin CDJR!!!Thank you again!!!

They made the car buying process super easy and effortless! I absolutely love my 2018 Dodge Charger!!! Greg made sure I knew all my options. He was passionate about making sure I got what I wanted, and what was best for me, which was refreshing. Ashley was very helpful taking me for a test drive, guiding me through the process, and helping me set up features on my Charger. Everyone I encountered was very friendly and personable. We were referred to Griffin by my brother and I have to say, I can't believe he didn't tell us about these incredible people sooner!! To say that we are amazed with the service we received is a vast understatement. We were in a time crunch for moving and needed a newer, more reliable vehicle ASAP. My brother gave us Lexie's number and when we called her, she and Greg got to work FOR US immediately!!! They had everything set for us before our appointment so we had no questions and knew exactly what to expect.We even mentioned we had some reservations about our credit scores due to the pandemic, and they went above and beyond to work with us and were very honest with us from the start. As our sales person, Lexie worked so hard to find the perfect car for us, and the VERY FIRST car she mentioned was THE ONE. I just had a 30K mile inspection on my Jeep Wrangler. The team at Griffin are honest and trustworthy. The only thing my Jeep needed was an oil change and tire rotation. Previously, I had taken my Jeep to a dealer in FL where they attempted to sell all these extra services (or tell me they were required) which I knew was bogus. I had a fairly significant transmission issue with my Ford Escape that I took to Griffin Ford a few years ago. They fixed the issue economically where as a Ford dealer in IL quoted me a repair cost of 3x what Griffin charged. I split my time between FL, IL, & WI, but I go out of my way to get my vehicles serviced by Griffin.

All I can say is they are great scam artists. Replaced parts on my vehicle that did not need replaced and did not fix the problem. I took it back and it took over a week for them to find the actual problem. They never contacted me the whole time the car was at the shop. I had to call and find everything out. Then they charged me again..Don't ever go there for service

Drove to Jefferson to look at a Jeep. When leaving to test drive it, I realized the gas light was on, so I found the salesman to see about gas. The Jeep was nice but hadn't been cleaned. They looked over my vehicle as a trade..(.which I bought in January and is still under the certified pre owned time) and then offered me several thousand less than the KBB. When I said absolutely not...the guy looked at me like I had said something completely out of line. I ultimately decided to leave because I didn't feel like wasting my time going back and forth with a price. I like straight forward. I will look for a vehicle elsewhere.I wanted to edit my review to say that I received emails from Griffin telling me I had better take down my review. I do not have time currently to screenshot the emails as I am between appointments, but I do plan to contact Google about the emails I received from this company.

Tammy quickly identified my needs (I spend 4-5 months each year towing a travel trailer) and had answers to my questions about the suitability of the Ram 1500 Big Horn for my towing requirements. Working through the paperwork with Greg was easy and I didn't feel pressured into buying additional products. He got me a Ram credit card for my down payment since I didn't have my checkbook; now I have 30+ days to pay that off. My car got towed here from triple a because it was the nearest shop from when u broke down, and these guys spent two weeks putting in a mass air flow sensor, completely lacked communication the entire time. So when I came in I asked if I could just drive it back to Oconomowoc to take it to another shop and they told me it was driveable. I didn’t make it a quarter mile before it died. They didn’t test drive it obiviously but we’re more than happy to charge me 540$ to put in a 110$ part and stare at it for two weeks. Never take your car here
