I come here to get my prescriptions, I understand there’s quite a few people also coming to get things, but I have been waiting for 45 mins in the drive thru to get a needed prescription. Horrible service.

Store itself is great, always well stocked and great sales. The pharmacy is left to be desired. You will wait in line for about an hour on average, inside or drive-thru. I’ve stopped sending my prescriptions here due to this.

Ok I’m not feeling good! I’m courtesy enough to wear a mask to go to the pharmacy to get some aleive d. I get to the pharmacy desk and the pharmacy tech approaches me. I ask fro the alieve d lady brings back the Wal greens back and said we don’t have alieve d and this is the same thing. I’m not a big one for off brand stuff when it comes to this type of medicine. So I asked do you have a name brand that would be similar to the alieve d. This lady rolled her eyes got snotty and I’ll have to ask the pharmacist. Mmmmmmmm I over heard what the pharmacist said and I bought the off brand. I usually don’t say to much about how people act but when you dealing with people that are sick and courtesy enough to wear a mask when they come in don’t snotty when they ask you a simple question.

The pharmacy is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I've ever dealt with. We selected them because they were on the way home. Haven't had a single positive experience yet. Last time: called ahead 20 minutes and asked them to fill the prescription. "Okay, it'll be ready in 20 minutes." We get there ..."oh, we just got this, can you leave and come back in 10 minutes?" At which point I explained that we had called 20 minutes ago and we're told it would be ready. "Oh, okay give me 5 minutes. " Like really?? Then today: tried calling while we were on the other side of town (home Depot) to fill a prescription so it would be ready. Sat on hold from Home Depot all the way to court street before we hung up. Went through the drive through and there is no customers there. Barely any cars in the lot either. They help us straight away and tell us they don't have that medicine so we'll have to fill it somewhere else. Like really? You couldn't have answered the phone and told us that? They were all just hanging around not doing anything. So we drove back to Milton Ave and filled it there. Will never use them again. Just drive to a different Walgreens.

Very slow service at the pharmacy. A sloth moves faster then them. Also they tell me my prescription is on backorder after the fact they told me 2 times it will be in tomorrow both times to get the prescription. A month later I came back to see about it they stated this med is in high demand and it is on backorder. Wow you can't call me and let me know besides the two times I came in and you said it will be in tomorrow

Went there to get part of my prescription and it’s closed at 6:42, on here it says 8pm…? First time coming here, will get my prescription and do a different Walgreens from now on.

I wish I could do a negative amount of stars!! They are the absolute worst pharmacy EVER!!!! Stuff is never ready...they are slow as hell!! Oh and they don't send out the meds thru the drive thru...they forget? What the hell do.yiu think I am here for?? They are the land of the MISFIT TOYS!!!

This pharmacy has gone downhill ridiculously fast. Prescriptions wrong, not ready, clerks unable to handle long established insurance. This is what they're supposed to do. It shouldn't be this difficult.They absolutely need to do better. So disappointed.

In the seven years I've been using this pharmacy almost exclusively, the staff has always been extremely helpful with medications - and quite prompt! I always use generic versions of my prescriptions and recently noticed that one manufacturer of one of my meds is much less effective than any of the others. Being a very long term medication, I called to check if that manufacturer was the supplier this month, and it is. The technician not only made a note on my file to not refill my prescription with that manufacturer again, but ordered enough from the manufacturer that works best for me to be available to me in 24 hours!The only stupidity I've run into was when I was looking for pads that work better for my oldest daughter. The staff throughout the store refused to lend an opinion because it's technically a medical question. I was told the only person in the store whom I could ask was the pharmacist, who of course, was a man with no daughters.Other than that, I've always been very pleased with the service throughout the entire store. I have yet to make a purchase from the photo department outside of printer ink, but the staff has been able to answer any questions I've had, especially the ones I had right before vacation. Given my experience, I will be using them for specialty items for my vacation photographs as Christmas presents and albums for my kiddos.

The pharmacy is horrible. I have never been able to go there and they have the RX ready to go. It doesn't matter how much time you give them in advance. I've done probably 10-20 pickups at this location never even close to ready the least amount of time we have had to wait is 20 minutes and that's after you got to the window. Sure you will get you RX but you may die of your symptoms first.

We called in a prescription, when I got here waiting in line 15min. Now the women told me it was almost done and going to be only a few minutes. It took them 50min to get it to me. I will never pick up threw them again they need to get more organized.

Their prices just keep going up and it's ridiculous. I can buy the exact same product and brand but for $3 to even $5 cheaper at almost every other store. Lol

Tried to call in a prescription. They didn't even know what medication for nausea was. These people are complete idiots and don't know what their doing. Plus they are slower than treesap.

Went to pick up daughters medication in drive through. I waited 15 min behind another csr. Then when i was at window i waited another 20 min and i ended up leaving becuase nobody said hold on .Hello it be a min nothing. Very disturbing.You should have more people there to help customers as either your sick and just want to get your stuff and go home, or you have crying kids or sick kids and just want to get them home ..you dont want to wait and wait and then just leave because nobody is waiting on you. And yes they knew i was there and no there was nobody at inside windows they were helping. If your in middle of somethibg okay but at least say something to the customer.

This pharmacy cannot handle the rxs or their customers. Every time you go its a long line and a long wait and something is always wrong. I dont know if its their system or their people but the one on Milton is the same way. Ugh

Very crowded, people literally bumping into each other. Then despite a large and largely repetitive selection of feminine products, they apparently do not stock the [entirely normal] product I went there to purchase.

When i go here they know my name they help me when i need help very respectful crew i dont have to wait theu are on top pf everything they double check your prescriptions i even get a call letting me know they are ready for pick up i would never change Walgreens for any other drug store they have all other things dairy toys sanitary makeup everything

Called to make an appointment to have a shot and they didn't have it in stock when I came in for the appointment at the Pharmacy. They said they would call me back but never did and it wasn't ready when they said they would order it.
