I really think their pharmacy is great. I've had no issues refilling prescriptions or them getting them filled on the time I ask. For this, I'm appreciative because I've had many issues in the past with a different walgreens. Very clean store and Cashiers are very kind. Everything is stocked nicely, I will continue going to this location and you should as well!

Doctor placed an order for a prescription the day before around 2:30 and the next day it still wasn’t ready. I arrived at 8:05 a.m. They open at 8 a.m. It took them 5 minutes just to greet me at the window and the lady at the counter was not very friendly. Wouldn’t even make eye contact with me because she knew I was upset that no one called me to inform me that the medication would need to be special ordered. Every time I come to this Walgreens they take forever and they lack great customer service.

Today I ordered some important pictures from this store twice. Both orders were cancelled by the staff. They made it clear they were too busy. Went to the one on court and pics were done within a few min. I won't go to center ave.one again.

They have more than you think in the line of frozen food and groceries. Soda price is the best when you get them on sale. ! Staff always helpful !

Expect to wait 20min to even be acknowledged at the pharmacy and don't rely on auto refills or you'll end up making multiple trips. I tried to switch to CVS but unfortunately my insurance won't allow it.

Pharmacists lost a prescription which turned into an altercation that could of been avoided had they of done their jobs properly and instead not rushed me to leave the store when I told them I’d wait. This has happened numerous times and every time I go in my phone number is wrong on their system even after updating it previously. Worst Walgreens in Janesville

This smaller branch is more friendly and more expedient as one doesn't have to wait in long lines to pick up prescriptions.

Called and talked to a manager about shoveling all of the properties sidewalk. Gave me a condescending "I'll get right on that." Almost a week later and there's more snow and it's still not taken care of. Next call is to the city. Enjoy the fine.

I use to love this Walgreens! But lately when I come in or call the pharmacists and pharmacy techs act like they don't have time to help or answer questions. Very disappointed the last couple times I've called or came in. I am thinking about switching to Sam's club.

Use to fill all of our prescriptions here and it was great then they changed the pharmacist and I have had more trouble than not. I don't know if its a power trip or just mess ups. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt and hoping its just mistakes.

I had a simple question for the pharamacist. He as well as the assistant made me feel extremely stupid. They were not friendly at all. Answered my question with a one word answer and walked away. I usually go to CVS. But, as I was passing I figured I'd stop here. Never again...

*Pharmacy SucksA friend of Mine had a prescription for 30 days. But if he can't afford it in full he can get my prescription in increments. But he called back the following day w/ the rest of my money to pay in full& they said he had to wait for all them to be gone before he could get more. Which has NEVER been the issue due to the fact & He works outta state & don't have the time to deal w/ this b.s. when on a job. A person's prescription is based on the rules & demands of the dr., Not some technical collage pharmacist at Walgreens. I've been told from a paralegal buddy of mine that can be grounds for a law suit. smh Funny, my friend went to the Walgreens down the street & had no problems. what a joke.

You can't count on the pharmacy being open to pick up your medication. "Pharmacy closed, no pharmacist on staff." Short staff, no staff, sadly seems to be the norm everywhere!

Avoid the pharmacy. Erratic changes to scheduling pharmacy hours is a pain in the neck.
