Smaller store. Nice deli with many prepared salads, pulled pork, fried chicken, and other warm prepared food. Clean. Well organized. Good looking baked goods. Small meat department but varied options. Store offers lots of options. Employees in asile and service desk friendly and helpful. Nice substantial plastic carts. Weekly sales beneficial.

I used to love going here because of the sales and friendliness but lately the customer service hasn't been friendly at all. Customers want to feel welcome not like a bother. A smile can go a long way. Bad attitude makes bad attitude from customers. Do better.

Very expensive! Cost me $60.00 more to shop there than our normal supermarket .Couldn't find any tahini or croissantsOnly four days of shelf life for milk.We're seniors, we don't drink that much milk.Only upsides:There was no waiting to check out.They have a decent produce section and deli .

Was just there standing in line for a fleck out person. There were two but one was focused on helping the self checkout and service desk. When we finally got up there she couldn’t focus on the person in front of her she was watching the self checkout even when someone came up to help at service desk. Maybe should not be scheduled to multitask. Ridiculous

I was in there today (10-12-23) to get some deli meat and cheese, along with a few other grocery items. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of product, and the cleanliness of the store. The nice lady that helped me at the deli was absolutely wonderful. I used to shop there all the time when I lived closer and I forgot how much I enjoy their deli and meat department. I definitely recommend it to other people and I will be back. I do my big shopping trips at Woodman's but I try to get my deli items or small shopping trips here. Festival and Hy-Vee I feel are overrated and are just as expensive outside of their sale items.

We don't go here too often because we don't live in this town. But when we go it's always clean and organized. The only perception I have that's not positive is that I think their prices are a little higher than some other grocery stores.

Cashier's check the turnstile if your going to spin them, had to drive back to the store for a bag on the backside. Not good. Otherwise a fine grocery store.

I was very disappointed in my service. The line was super long and they only had 2 checkouts open. Took forever. Then I was overcharged for an item. The clerk was not friendly about it. She then asks Do you want me to correct it? Not friendly. When I said yes of course I only want to pay the correct amount. She got huffy and corrected it. Shoved my change at me. Didnt say a thing. Not sorry for the inconvenience or even a goodbye. I doubt I will shop there again.

Purposely stopped by a little after 7am this morning (Sunday) to get some donuts because I knew that the selection would be small if I waited to stop by later in the day. The donuts were advertised in their 3 day sale and today was day 3. There were zero donuts available because according to the bakery manager nobody was at the store to let the baker in earlier to make the donuts. I asked to talk to the store manager and surprise, the manager wasn't in yet!! This is a great example of what customer service is like today and how wonderfully things are run!!

Floral services- Angela went above and beyond customer service while I was in a time crunch and procrastinated on getting 3 flower boquetes. No flower shops were open and I had 30 min to work with. Angela made it happen and she did an amazing job with them!! First timer at this store and would definitely plan on buying more flowers there from now on. She was up for the challenge, helped me stay within my budget, and stated she loved making them that she wouldn’t accept my tip. I am grateful for her caring and amazing skills!! We need more people like this in this world!!!

You have a really good meat department. However, the butcher is on duty until 10:00 a.m. at the counter. Today for the checkout lanes you have to have more than 10 items to use the cashier......;(

I usually don't shop at this store because I'm nowhere near this place, but a friend needed to shop, so I did pick up somethings. I bought some sandwich spread that I can never find anywhere else, so I plan on making it my shopping place in the future.

I enjoy the selection, and their meats are excellent. Overall, a little pricey, but convenient.They have recently renovated areas of the store, and have a nice selection of prepared meals, prepackaged international cheeses and salamis to check out. Workers always friendly and helpful!

ZERO I STOOD THERE FOR ALMOST 30 minutes while the person in customer service Kelley played with a customers phone. That I was waiting there before that customer passed by and caught the attention of Kelly, then I ask to speak to manager which comes STORM. Terrible customer service didn’t even apologize then was lied to and said there was no General Manager. Then proceeded to tell me “it’s on the receipts” with the ugliest attitude . I really did like this store every one goes above and beyond EXCEPT THE FRONT EMPLOYEES! Kelly and Storm most certainly need better training for customer service and how to multitask. Please get better help RICK WINKELJOHN!!

Love quick shopping trips to schnucks. The meat dept. is one of the best in town for grocery store meat buying. Love the flower dept. It's very clean and that is very important to me.

DELI stopped ordering the Mortadella I bought for a long time! Also, I am old school. I always thought that the customer was always right! I was in the store the other day and, asked for a pound of Boars head ham (50% less sodium) the small piece of ham was something you would slice to put in the expired area. The girl that was attending me was new to the deli. I asked if she would open a new ham. She said she had to check first because she was new. The obvious person in charge of the deli came out and told me that she can't open a new one? I ordered the boars head tavern ham in place because I had to get home with something. So much for the CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BEING RIGHT!!

I've been here twice in the last two weeks. Both times there isn't a clerk to check me out. Have to use self checkout. I don't work for the store and shouldn't have to do their job. I will not be returning. To bad too because it was such a great place to shop.

I like how calm it is there, and I think the new self checkout might speed things along, but it feels almost abandoned in a way. I used to work in that building years ago, and it had some life to it, but now you walk around and it's quiet, and dreary. I go there sometimes, but really the prices are too high considering the competition. I find that most of the time their prices are more in line with Kwik Trip a gas station vs. other grocery stores in town.

The groceries can be quite pricey here. However, the produce is amazing. I also come here for flowers from time to time. They have a gorgeous selection of flowers that are reasonably priced. Some fresh produce and some fresh flowers makes my day a good one.

***Customer service here is horrid**, only a few of the younger employees are nice and helpful. Otherwise the other employees make it uncomfortable to ask for help or look into an error on their part. **Over priced**, you'd think you'd get great service for the prices they charge. They close the registers an hour or two early. Then you are forced to self check out. Checkout it self is a nightmare. Don't you dare bother Dianne because she will give you attitude for asking for help. She whispers under her breath and everytime I see her my anxiety creeps up. It's becoming a hassle instead. It shouldn't be this way.

Produce is overpriced and usually goes bad very quickly. Some good sales but staff seems stretched thin, but they do a good job.Update:Produce has improved slightly, no more customer service desk as you walk in the door. Things that were in stock were all faced and looked full and nice. Store was clean and staff seemed in good spirits.
