A couple of days ago (5/13/24) I took my two dogs to get groomed at the Janesville PetSmart. One of my girls is hearing and visually impaired, the other is visually impaired and deaf. They are both young dogs but they have a genetic mutation that makes them this way. I had taken them to this PetSmart to be groomed once before, last year. My dog that can hear a little bit did great, but my deaf girl was too anxious so they were unable to finish the haircut. I had tried to get an appointment at Badger Vet for grooming as well because my deaf girl also has a seizure disorder and I thought it would be a safer place for her. They were unbelievably rude and unhelpful which was very disheartening. Fast forward to this past Monday, I thought i’d give PetSmart a try again because they were very nice and understanding the first time, and did a great job on my pup that they were able to finish the haircut for. I was very nervous taking my deaf girl in again in fear things would go bad. I called ahead of time to see what groomer would be the most comfortable with my special girls. I was given the name Sarah so I went ahead and made an appointment for both of my dogs with her. She was very welcoming at drop off and even called me halfway through to tell me both girls were doing great, which was honestly a huge shock to me but made me very happy. When it was time to pick them up, I was absolutely blown away. Both of my dogs looked better than they ever have! My deaf girl looked so cleaned up and VERY happy to have all of the extra hair off. She looks like a completely different dog. My other girl who is full Aussie looks amazing too! I am so unbelievably happy with my experience and will definitely be back to make another appointment with her. If anyone in this world deserves a raise, it’s Sarah from PetSmart.

Took my puppy in for a bath and she came out all fluffy and smelling great! Steph was wonderful with her for her first ever bath.

Not bad. They did what i wanted. Just not cleanly. For 80 he is a little hacked. But hey i was able to get him in. Around monroe all grooming places are 6 to 7 week wait. Just nuts.But Ruger is happy and doesnt have all that hair right now. Good for summer.

I’ve been here many times to purchase pet supplies and treats. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and the aisles are free of clutter. During my latest visit my son and I brought home a new addition to our family, a Bearded Dragon. The store associates were very helpful and were able to answer the questions that we asked. Dino, the Beardie, has transitioned very well and is doing wonderful.

The ladies in the grooming area are amazing. Always friendly, and they really work efficiently. Especially when I bring my 2 dogs in for a walk-in nail trim. I appreciate the kindness and urgency. Definitely bringing my pups back here again.

We came in looking for a cat to adopt for my daughter who is autistic with ds. We wanted an older cat who had a great disposition. We chose one through the window as best that we could & made an appointment the next day to meet him & make sure he was a good fit . The young lady doing the appointment was super helpful, extremely knowledgeable about cats in general & she made sure we as well as the cat were right for one another. Needless to say we came home with who used to be “ Trippy” & is now “ Tiger” !! Everyone is extremely happy!! He has a huge personality & loves attention but he’s old enough that he has a great calm disposition ! He is a great fit with our family. He’s definitely found his forever home!! If you like cats & can keep one I recommend adopting one from PetSmart , the staff will definitely do their all to make sure you & the cat fit with one another which is very important!

We took our rescue dog Tipper here for training with Rachel. Tipper was brought in as a stray to a the HSSW. No background of any kind in this little girl. She was extremely raw. No basic manners at all. She was the dogs equivalent to the Devil 🤣. My husband and I were at our wits end and about to give in. But we started our training classes. Within 3 classes she was sitting on command, started walking on the leash and was starting to realize she wasn’t the Alpha. We are so beyond grateful for Rachel and her willingness to give us extra tips and input in our training of this poor little soul. She has now become a very loved part of our family. Thank you Pet Smart and especially thank you Rachel

I usually spend $75. To over a$100. A month here. They now have new employees that ignore me when trying to purchase fish. I now looking for a new place to buy fish and pet products.

I highly recommend the dog training classes with Rachel. Rachel is a life long dog trainer who put her own personal experiences to work. She also brings her own dogs to help with training. If you are interested in singeing up for class I recommend bundling the beginner, intermediate and advanced classes for the best discount!

I do not know the cashier's name, just her number, 781462. I came in tonight to get my big dog some food. I was looking for something on sale. I found just what I needed, but I was mistaken on the price. She called back to get a price check, and it was higher than I expected. She helped me get something that was in my budget and saved me more than I was expecting. I'm really hurting for money, but she had no way of knowing. I truly appreciate her kindness and willingness to help me. My boy will be happy with the food too. Thank you so much for the great customer service. 🙂

We shop at petsmart for the dogs we raise and our cats. We also use them for grooming. We recently had a house fire and they donated dog supplies- I can't say enough how much we appreciate them and I highly recommend everyone shops there- they care about the community!! 🙏❤️

Took my Bull Mastiff there for grooming. The gentleman there was very professional and friendly! My dog was loving him and anyone that would talk to him. He(the dog) enjoyed the services as did I. Plan on returning to this store for more grooming in the future.

I've been to this store multiple times over the last year or so and I have no complaints! We've gotten fish, fish tank supplies and other pet supplies and have been pretty happy with everything so far. The employees are always friendly and offer your pup a treat if you happen to bring them in with you. They even have a doggie bag dispenser right outside the store to help with picking up after your pet of they need to use the bathroom outside of the store which I personally think is awesome. I like this store and will definitely be back. My dogs are always stoked when they get to pick out a bone from here :)

Staff seems to be unfriendly. Didnt give us information we needed to know on owning a new fish tank. Fish died the next day due to no air in tank. Would have been nice to know that Useful information.

Clean and courteous service. My husband and I got caught in a bad storm our first trip here. Went in to browse and wait it out for a bit. When sirens went off they politely ushered all customers to safety. In the process we found amazing sales and products that couldn't be beat. Our German Shepherd especially loves the "better belly" products they carry now.

Corrine was fantastic with our pup and his nails. They were a little long as he is an anxious dog and we couldn't get him to let us do it at home. We took him into a walk in appointment and she was fantastic. He just stood there and let her clip his nails without much fuss.
