Dr. Nicole, Amber and the staff are great. They came this morning to euthanize our Golden Retriever at home. It was very peaceful for him and as it was for myself and my daughters. I can't thank them enough for being so kind and caring. They gave us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. I would recommend this clinic for your fur babies.

Although my experience was heartbreaking because I lost my baby girl, Dr. Ali and her staff were super compassionate. I have never had a vet show compassion for my pit bull like she did. It made my heart warm. I can’t thank them enough for all of the support they gave me during that heartbreaking time. I will be back for my other pets!

Cannot say enough kind words about Dr. Nicole. She has always been extremely thorough & respectful of all needs of my girl, but also of me as the owner. My pup has had a few odd things going on this year & she is always willing to take a look & address my concerns. She always makes me feel heard. Kayley was phenomenal communicating between myself & Dr. Nicole, and Amber is lovely as well!

My cat has spinal nerve damage that effects his walking and balance. Dr Jennifer’s “tune-ups” really perk him up - he is stronger and steadier and just relaxes after a treatment. Dr Jennifer could not be more thoughtful and kind. And all the staff have very caring ways with the animals and their owners. Top to bottom, this clinic has my confidence and gratitude!

I dont even want to give them a star. The customer and animal care service was HORRIBLE. My cat was dealing with bladder and GI issues for the past several months, we called and they said he was just “stressed.” My home is designed to be stress free for my cats, we play with them 24/7 and give them as much love. Keep in mind this cat all day just wants to sleep and get cuddles, and eat treats lol. He’s a very calm cat. I know theres other triggers for stress, but we ended up switching and called another vet and turns out he has multiple issues now since this clinic pushed him to the side. He is now dealing with a urinary obstruction and kidney stones. Please do not visit this clinic if you love your cats, or your animals in general.

The best veterinary clinic in janesville. The staff is so friendly. They treat your pet as their own. I would recommend Janesville Veterinary Clinic for all pets. My dog bella, loves all the attention she gets when she is there.

Love the friendly staff at Janesville Veterinary Clinic. They have 2 offices, one is the West location on Moneral Point and the East location on Milwaukee Street. Dr. Mike and Dr. Nicole are 2 of the best Vets that have ever taken my fur-babies 🐶🐕 too. They take the time to be there with our little fur-babies and answer all our questions. We never feel rushed and we never feel like we are just another number coming through the doors. They make us feel very welcomed and feel like they care about us and our fur-babies 💕! Ot doesn't matter what type of fur-baby or non fur-baby you have, from 1 to multiples, they take care of them all from big to small! 🐕🐈🐩🐎🐄🐖🐀🐿🐇🦔🐓🦆🦎🐢 🐥🦄 (It could happen!) From my babies to yours, take them to the best!

My yellow lab and I visit JVC at least once a month to see Dr. Jennifer and her did kick Amber! The love they have for my dog makes my heart melt. It really makes it so much easier knowing someone understands being gentle and patient with an old dog. It has been the best thing for her to switch to this vet. My dog loves to give Dr. Jennifer and Amber as many kisses as she can give. We are very lucky for these two!

I started taking my dog here when I got her. In my 12 plus years of dealing with them, they have been nothing but the best. When I had to put my dog down today, they were outstanding. It was so hard to do but they made it so much easier. They are very caring of you pets, and today they were no different. You can tell that they care about you pets as if they are their own. They staff is so caring, and I could honestly not say enough good things about them. If you need a vet go to them. They are honest and loving.

These people are amazing! My kitty was rushed in there with a slim chance for survival, and the doctors on hand along with the staff did everything they could to save her. She is an old cat and I was so afraid that I would lose her, but they helped her pull through and now she is back to her old self. Thank you so much for saving my best friend Sylina!

Very thankful for Dr. Mike and the entire staff for showing care and compassion whenever there is a scary moment (or even just a regular checkup). They take the time to explain options, answer questions, and they do so with kindness and patience. We have used this vet clinic since we got our cats 6 years ago and have only had positive experiences!

Covid-19 has changed the way you communicate with the Doctor. The Receptionist was the point person and was not capable, she was very poor and certainly not reliable. Upon arrival to my appointment I asked for a change to the scheduled vaccines and I report a concern I had about my dog, requesting the Doctor to please examine and address my concern. Also I did not have a fecal sample with me. The Point Person suggested prepaying for a fecal test and she would send a container with me to use for collection. After the vet check the Doctor called me to review the outcome of the visit. She was not aware of the change to my vaccines nor my request to check on a health concern. The vet had to redo the examine because the point person did not communicate our phone conversation. The bill was all messed up due to follow through by the receptionist. I did prepay for a fecal test but I did not receive a contain to collect a sample. Three weeks after the appointment I continue getting postcards and emails prompting me to vaccinate and schedule an appointment. I understand circumstances have changed and we all are learning the new normal but I would recommend to this practice that the point person is reliable and follow through is established with reliability.

Went there 2 times with my boy cats.This place is very clean, does not smell at all like other places. It is very nice on the inside and the outside. People are friendly and helpful. The staff does spend enough time with the patients and are knowledgeable. Prices are fair and I will be coming back for sure.

We recently adopted a cat and these guys were recommended to me. Now I know why. They were awesome and friendly. Treated me and my pet very good. Explained everything clearly and listened to everything I asked and was concerned about. I highly recommend anyone with a pet visit this Vet clinic.

I adopted 2 cats last year from the humane society and when I took them to the clinic they were very helpful with my questions. The vet and the technicians were very good with the cats and was very patient with them. I found that the exam room was very clean. I has some stool samples tested and the results came through quickly and the medication available the same day.
