Such a great place! Our lab hates getting his nails done so I was nervous to leave him but he did wonderful! The ladies working there clearly know what they are doing and are so kind and friendly. Our dog had gotten sprayed by a skunk in April and still had a bad odor to him. He came back smelling so good. I can’t recommend them enough. They also gave him an adorable bandanna.

Absolutely love the girls here. They are all the same ladies that took such good care of my 1st dog Bella over at Petco and understood about her one leg that couldn't bend, they were always so gentle with her. During covid I stopped taking her and started doing them myself until I had to put her down. I now have Onyx who I started taking to Petco not knowing all these girls left and were replaced with people who in my opinion have no business grooming dogs. I struggled on where to take Onyx because he would not let me cut them. I found Big Sweeties, took him in at it was all the girls, I was so happy and just like they took care of my first baby they have done amazing job with Onyx. Their confidence in handling dogs calms the dog, there is no tension or unease because the groomers are confident. I can't say enough good things about the girls that work here.

We take Maddie there for nail trim while in Wisconsin. They do a great job and Maddie has no problem with getting it done. Different story when we're in Florida, she hates having it done.... acts completely different

We are very happy with the grooming process at Big Sweetie’s on Washington street in Janesville. When I walk the two dogs from the car to the front door the happily enter the store. My dog went in there looking (and smelling) like a hot mess. She was there for about 3 hours. They took their time, which I loved, making sure she was comfortable and not stressing her out. And they sent my baby home looking cute and soft as can be!
