Been coming here for 2 years using western union. Had an issue with 1 transfer with western union where they refunded my money and now the manager refused to let me use western union based on his feelings. Because it was refunded the one time out of 2 years swnding money, he wasnt comfortable to let the transaction go through to support my family in need. I immediately went somewhere else and made the transaction, half the cost for transaction fee, and once again without issue. I will not be returning to this store ever again. Not even for medications. Lost my and my wife's business permanently.

I went into Walgreens in Jackson at 1:30 pm on Thursday. Dec 28th to get medication for my family member who was sick and needed Sinus medicine from behind the counter. I walked up to the pharmacy and all the workers were walking out from the pharmacy and Windows were closed. I asked if the pharmacy was closed today and they said "oh no we close from 1:30-2:00 for lunch". I was shocked and irritated because I had to wait 30 min because 4-5 workers all had to take lunch at the same time. I guess I'll give my business to Aurora Pharmacy or Walmart! Not sure why they can't take their lunch in shifts.

I’ve been to this Walgreens for years and never had an issue. Tonight me and my friends went in and had been looking around at all the new fall and Halloween stuff. The lady who I presume was the manager came up to us and said that we had been in there an hour (and it was one hour to close still) and we should pick the stuff we need and leave, then quickly said sorry and ran into the back. We all had a good amount of stuff we were going to get so we checked out, but I will NOT be returning. Ruined our night :(

Jonathan was originally at the West Bend location which made going to Walgreens a hole lot better.It's great to see he got promoted to store manager.If you have the pleasure of meeting him, do it!

I'm a truck driver, and want Walgreen's two night shift women to say “ I really really really appreciate your help a lot”. Yesterday night I cost a long time to find where can print docs. I find there and they r so kind and help me long time step by step, thank a lot!

I'm so done with this place! This is the worst Walgreens on the planet. Mike the store manager and Mike the crab pharmacist are the worst!! Useless employees who do not care about their jobs or taking care of customers. How hard is it to accurately count your prescriptions? It shouldn't be that tough, I understand things happen but when it happens over and over! It makes you wonder if they intentionally skim off the top from every prescription knowing most people won't count thier pills. I finally called to talk about it and not one apology was given nor a mention of replacing the shorted pills. The techs are typically nice though.

The man that was working the check out counter on 6/9/22 around 7pm was awesome! His positive and helpful attitude really turned my day around. I didn't catch his name while passing through, but thank you stranger!!

No respect for privacy at the pharmacy! Unfortunately the staff acts constantly hurried, short tempered with customer questions & agitated with having to help you. Yelling from their window to where your sitting across the room instead of calling you over to discuss any matter. The cashier's seem much more kind than anyone in pharmacy. It was sad really the difference.

This Walgreens is okay if you have a really long time to wait in line at the pharmacy, and at the desk when you’re finally getting help. To give you an example I came here at 4:55 and am still waiting at the pharmacy at 5:30. The care is good, but they need more staff or something. They constantly seem like they’re trying their best but are understaffed.

Slowest pharmacy ever. Avoid this location at all costs. How long can you use staffing as an excuse. Shouldn't have to wait in the drive thru for a half an hour for a pick up.

Called to make sure they had the medication and should be ready in a hour and they were out of one and didn’t fill the other this is not the first time this happen! This is why I called to make sure they had it…. But no they had me chase again for my medicine!

Friendly staff. Usually have long wait to get a script filled. Other than that it's a run of the mill pharmacy. Free cookies while you wait would work for me.
