I love the hot bar and deli choices. Food is always fresh. Service is good most the time. There is a couple grouchy ladies in the deli dept. but they probably have good reason.

Come here mostly for the fruits and produce. Nice selection and the produce staff are always helpful. I like the fact that they now have self checkouts.

Employee owned and wonderful home town friendly right as you enter.If they don't stock what you want,they will go above and beyond to get it!😁We like honey flavored brandy in our hot totties the honey soothes your throat mixed in your favorite tea to help you rest when your feeling under the weather. 🤧They found a distributor and it now flies off the shelves.

My mother came in to get chicken ordered for a family of 6, she said I’d like to order chicken the woman behind the deli part was the most rude from start to finish. It’s all self serve, she said we don’t do that anymore, my mother was so upset all she wanted was a meal deal which is on the board above the woman stating they don’t do such things. 24.99 was the deal and my mother was charged 50.00 for her dinners. She brought this to the manager and he even said oh sorry but still charged her the 50.00. As she was walking out the door the old woman says well maybe I can fix it but now it will be a hour wait. Customers in the line said I know who you dealt with. That woman is awful, rude and has the worst customer service skills around. I’d think twice about going their deli and ordering if you have to deal with her. I’ve dealt with her in the past, I avoid going even going there when’s she’s there, they’re loosing a lot of business due to her unkindness and terrible social skills.

Me and my family wanted to order chicken for our family and a very rude employer said that it was soft serve and once you get your meal it’s is then weighed at the front. When we arrived at the counter we had 4 breasts a few chicken wings and potato wedges. After we got everything up it was then weighed and it was 50$ We almost fell over!! She then said we would have to wait an hour for chicken after we told management. We did end up buying the chicken but wow what a price increase from 24$ up to 50$.

Piggly Wiggly is known for its excellent selection of produce. Its where our family shops for the food we eat every day. On special occasions we also enjoy the well rounded and interesting selection of wines available, always nicely displayed with plenty of information to help make the right selection.Piggly Wiggly isn’t just a grocery store it is a part of the growing and vibrant Jackson community. The shelves are stocked with good food and the checkouts are manned by the friendly faces of the helpful folks who serve us daily.Its much appreciated.

Okay experience. Ran in for flowers. The selection was limited. Im sure they have the bare essentials one grocery store... I didn't investigate. Many people do not wear a mask in this location. Self check out is available and appreciated. No fee for debit withdrawals.

This is a nice clean store. Obviously prices are high but what isn't?!! Friendly people in deli. Helpful meat dept staff. Will always choose Piggly Wiggly before any other grocery store

Love this Hometown Homegrown Piggly Wiggly!! There are a couple of people that have been with this place from the beginning and they are sweet as the bakery!! I go there at 6 in the morning just to get a few things and have a little quiet time walking around my favorite town grocery. Always running specials and you can still grind your own coffee beans... So friendly - the remodel turned out nice!

I love this Piggly Wiggly, however this star is specifically for the lady working in the deli Friday night and Saturday night. I tried to call in a chicken order on Friday night around 445 pm. She said there would be a wait until 530 pm, no problem. I told her I wanted to order two 8 piece dark meat chicken orders. She told me I cannot do that because it will mess up "their flow of chicken." I asked her if Piggly Wiggly no longer offers just the 8 piece dark meat dinners...she never answered just said she cannot fulfill my order. Fine, I hung up and found a different option for Friday Dinner for my family. Fast forward to Saturday night, around 545 pm. I called the deli again, the same lady answered the phone. This time I was going to place an order that would be in the realms of their "chicken flow." I asked if I could place an order for two 12 piece chicken meals. She said "unfortunately not as they have shut down their fryers for cleaning." I do not know the ins and out of the behind the scenes in the deli, but this lady is definitely affecting your orders. I would recommend someone who is more of a go getter and wants to increase deli sales, as opposed to this lady who is probably costing you a lot of business.

It's a bit pricier than other stores, but folks dont think what comes into play and assume it's because the store can. Never had an issue with their deli section, but not to say it hasn't happened. Small store so limited on the amount of items they sell, but never had to go to a different store for something unless they were out of stock. Employees are very positive and provided me with great service.Comparing this store to Woodmans is a bit outlandish as Woodmans runs in a different manner and provides more selection of lower grade products which makes the costs lower. Yes they provide common well-known lables but the prices are marginally lower, but not worth burning the gas just to save a few nickles.Would rate 5/5 if the store could get expanded so more room for more priducts to offer.

Have always loved the small town vibe this store has. Even when they remodeled and updated the store, Fox Brothers Piggly Wiggly retained its charm. Staff is friendly, courteous, and helpful. Plus, the changes at the Pig have been a positive improvement. It's a pleasure to shop the Pig!

Nice clean store since the remodel, however the selection of anything other than the basics is not very good. The bakery is lacking. The only bright spot is the deli which features Boar's Head. If you need a gallon of milk and a stick of butter it's great store.

I stopped in to get some groceries, I rarely am in Jackson and needed to get some sandwich meat for lunches. I went to the deli area and was ignored by the deli employee. I waited for a few minutes and he never came up to me to check on me to see if I needed assistance. I ended up going to the Refrigerator prepackaged deli meat. Another buyer told me that the deli department is always like this. Would I go to Pig in Jackson, probably not. You should send your employees to West Bend to get instruction on costumer service.

Most of the employees are very nice, except for those in the deli. The store is fairly clean in comparison to other grocery stores in the area. The reason for the bad rating is because of the deli, besides the fact that they have really good fried chicken. I was attempting to order an 8 piece dark meat chicken meal that isn't on the menu but I have gotten before and was told by the rude deli lady that because it's not on the menu they can't do it. 8 piece (2 of each) is 7.99 and 8 piece dark is 8.99... but if I want the 8 piece meal it has to be 2 of each they won't even increase the price a dollar to make it all dark... this is just infuriating and makes me not want to shop here ever again...

I love the store in Jackson, Wisconsin. Every time I had to deal with them over the phone, they are excellent. They go above and beyond on helping me. I live in Central Wisconsin and have an individual that lives there. I order from there at least 3 to 4 times a year or more. Have no issues on delivery and have it done within two hours after the call. Very friendly over the phone! Keep up the great job! It is employees like that who will keep getting the business they deserve. When I do go in the store in person, I am just smiling because I am so impressed!

Excellent customer service! Even though the prices are sometimes a bit higher than other stores, it's worth coming here for the great service. Cashiers will even strike up conversations with you.
