The mechanics and staff are the best around. They are honest, reliable, kind and helpful. They have done a few repairs on my vehicles through the years, and I've always had a positive experience. On my last repair job, I was having a hard time finding a ride to pick up my vehicle and they offered to have one of their employees pick me up! Wow! Now that's great service. I highly recommend.

Two days before my daughter was supposed to head back to college in Kentucky, her car started making a weird noise. Shake'r Up went out of their way to squeeze her car in for an appointment, figure out the issue, and repair it within 1 day. We were looking for a nice clean used minivan, something dependable but a few years and miles on it. After searching in many areas I’d prefer not to go to we found an ad on Facebook Marketplace for this garage with a nice used van, after a test drive we made a purchase. After going through the receipts in the glove compartment it seems as we bought this for almost the same cost as the services that he had performed, or were performed elsewhere in the last 200 miles. good, fast, and cheap work done in the past but this time they were just throwing parts at the car trying to fix it. replaced all 4 TPMS sensors which didnt fix the issue, meaning they had no means to test the ones already installed, which were working and 2 replaced a month before with new tires and 2 replaced 6 months before also with new tires. Told them this beforehand and also shows on my Carfax. Scan code showed one sensor had open circuit and not a sensor fault. Same codes after repair (hard fault, cant clear). I dont know if they scanned the car at all, but I did.Charged for all parts and labor without a fix and now I still have no antilock brakes nor cruise control (original issue). At least they were willing to try but this aint right. Last review and last 2 repairs were 5 star though.

They were honest in their assessment of what was wrong with my vehicle and didn’t do a lot of expensive testing to figure out the problem. I had a tire with a drywall screw in it and needed to get it checked out asap. They got me in and fortunately it hadnt damaged the tire. No charge. I appreciate their willingness to help and great customer service. I tried to get in to Mayville Tire where the tires were purchased and they were unwilling to help.

Great people and service bought car there about 4 or 5 months ago and was told tune up was done before I bought it well if so why did I get the p0300 which has to do with spark plugs now i to redo it along with flex pipe with catalytic converter that I was told 3 months ago nothing to worry about but here I am worrying about it cause it making my engine mess up it I regret buy this equinox come to find out the pipe had nothing to do with it being loud trust worth I don't think so if you were i wouldn't of had this problem how do you miss this being a certified mechanic place this is why my car was loud and was smelling really bad fumes when starting my car and turning on my a/c or heat I'm just on shock this was missed when you all bought the vehicle before I purchased it maybe be a little more better at looking over things
