We were very impressed with Dr. Leyla. We have 3 dogs, 2 that are senior. Dr Leyla was very thorough and caring and explained everything to us. She provided suggestions and options for health maintenance and pain management that hadn’t previously been provided to us. Glad we made the switch to Casserly Vets!

If there were 6 stars I would select that option!! Having been to two other vets in the lake country area, that seemed to be singularly focused on me leaving with the largest bill for unnecessary tests and procedures, I can tell you that is not how Casserly operates. Dr. Leyla provided a very comprehensive examination including all treatment options and great suggestions for alternatives. If you need a Vet, look no further!

We love Casserly. We finally made the switch this year from our prior vet of 20 years. The prices are great and Dr Layla is incredible with pets and their owners (which is often hard to find)! I finally can take my pets to the vet without worrying about needing to take out a 2nd mortgage.

Casserly got my dog, Judy, in the same day I called when she was having an allergic reaction after just moving back into Wisconsin. Had a prescription for meds less than 4-hours after contacting them which alleviated her symptoms and am going back for a follow-up appointment.They had taken care of my 16 year old rescue on short notice as well after he took a turn for the worse over a year ago.I cannot say enough positive things about this vet, they clearly care about their animal patients and I can't thank them enough for their compassion and conscientious approach.Great people.

Used to go to New Berlin to see the vet but since I found Casserly there is nowhere else that I will take my dog. Very friendly people and extremely conscious of my dogs health. Love this place. Fees are very reasonable also.

Our dog became ill quite suddenly. We called and they made immediate arrangements for us to see DrLeyla who is Izzy's Vet and we are so happy she is! Dr Leyla called to get some info as to some symptoms and to assure us she would see Izzy asap. All the folks working at Casserly are very comforting and assuring they will handle whatever is thrown their way. Dr Leyla ALWAYS calls with status and she really cares about Izzy. We are happy we found Casserly after bouncing around trying to find a Clinic that cares about humans and their pets. THANK YOU

I know other people that use Jim Casserly so I don't want to discredit his experience. However, the several times I've used him he acts as though the owners know nothing. He doesn't take his time and takes unnecessary measurements to "control" the animal versus working with it to have a positive experience.I'm not a vet and certainly he knows the medical side of horses. That said, I have several decades of experience with animals as well as other qualified vets and in my opinion I wouldn't choose to use him again.

They have been so helpful and responsive with the issues we're hang wet or old lab. We moved into town two years ago and they are our new vet. We can't say enough good things about them. We like them way better then or old vet!

Our 6 month old cat had a pyometra (infected uterus). We could not find a place to do the surgery for under 3-4 thousand dollars. Dr. Kimmy agreed to do it for a much more reasonable price and even brought our cat to her own home to ensure she made it through the night after the surgery. They will be getting all of our business from now on. Thanks to her, we have our kitty at home and healing.

As always they were very professional and were able to give us something for Vadas ears. Even though Vada decided she didn't want to have her nails done. They gave us a plan for the next visit so Vada will be more relaxed. Thanks everyone!

Would not recommend to anyone, we took our indoor dog to them because she was having seizures and a couple other medical issues we were told by them that we should keep her warm she has hypothermia again indoor dog a couple of days later the dog got disorientated seized out and passed away I wish I would have went to another vet for a second opinion instead of trusting them again would not recommend for any reason I believe my dog would still be alive if it wasn't for them.
