This place is a joke. They may hold you 7-8 hours, i been here so many times and always same problem, very slow unloading, they dont allow overnight parking. Very rude girl working at receiving office, shame on you

Not a great place to work. There pay is good enough. But the people can be pretty rude. And the work pace is all based on speed not anything to do with safety. They spout safety all the time and soon as the bosses turn their back it is back to speed. Throw it in the trailer it doesn’t matter. Make this box disappear it needs to be off my dock before a boss sees it setting heat to long.

Flat bed delivery. Arrived around 7pm. Guard shack will give you a map. Unloaded me quickly. I was nervous because of all the negative reviews but I think that’s mainly for dry van deliveries.

If you dont want to spend all your day waiting for unloading do not come . Even for long waiting hours no access to rest room. Bring your needs with you for long long hours waiting time!!!!!! Actually I am was watching the operation and their own trucks get a dock right away. They don’t have a dock fir other trucks!!!!

I’m tired of all the negativity about Menard’s!! I strolled in with a dry van load of bird seed and they welcomed me with open arms at 2am. Had to wait about a half hour for another driver to pull out of dock to get in. But so far so good. I’ll take a nap and give you another update when I’m empty and if I have to deduct any stars!

Its true guys about really long wait time, it took them 6h to unload my guy, avoid this place unless you are coming here late, in all other cases bounce the load its not worth it.

This is a good place to take the 10 hours brake.It took 8 hours to unload my trailer.The only issue i have with them , they didn't give me a dock right away, but after 2 hours since arriving. If they'll put the trucks in doors right away, drivers can have a decent sleep

This is the slowest and worse Dc I have ever delivered to if you don’t want to be held up then I advise you not to go here….They were in NO RUSH and literary took 13 hours, 8 Hours waiting for a door and another 5 to get UNLOADED Ridiculous frfr No respect for a drivers Time Never Again!!

The reviews are very true about the unload time checked in at 2146 Sunday night didn’t get out of there into 0412 Monday morning .. How there is no parking on the location and you can only show up 10/15 minutes early …. There is vending machines available……You can park on highway pass the train track no truck stop within 40 minutes of of here

Nice big place, friendly staff, unloading was also very quick, no appointments required. Was free in 30 minutes. Remember that I was on a flatbed truck. Don’t know about dry van loads. Thank you guys.

I was expecting to spend the day here based on the other reviews I read before coming here. To my surprise it took the receiver less than 1 hour to unload 25 bundles of lumber. I was very impressed by the service and how easy it is to navigate the yard.

Either their service has improved, or I was just lucky…but I checked in at 7:16am and was given a door at 8:35am… and someone was already waiting at the dock to unload me.. the unload process took about 50 min… so good luck 👍🏽

Worst of the worst is Menards.Walmart, Costco, Dollar General, they are all better than Menards for delivery.Check in time 11:30am still here 22:30.Last time to take load to any Menards it's better to drive empty home than to be locked at Menards.They don't deserve 1 star but there is no option for 0 stars.I suggest all drivers to avoid Menards you are not going bankrupt because of one load.

Small carriers and owner ops beware. My driver arrived on site at 1pm yesterday for a delivery and did not get unloaded until almost 10pm last night. We had to fall of 2 loads because of the delay at this Menards. This facility is incredibly disorganized, there is zero communication as far as updates and delays go. Save yourself and your drivers time and money, avoid at all costs.

Unfortunately same ad all other drivers. Came in at 12:36pm, got a dock immediately and was being offloaded until 6pm. Lost my second load for the day... complete waste of day. ( half a trailer empty at 4:30pm)

It’s fcfs, I was there for 9h for this delivery and it wasn’t even a full trailer. I felt like I will stay there forever.They don’t care about your time, I don’t know how these kind of facilities exist and how they can do business like that and still be profitable, and who comes here ever again, truly unbelievable!

24 hrs shipping receiving. Took me 3hrs to unload went there midnight. Overnight parking available. Typically the unloading time is 3 to 5 hrs so if you can plan having 10hr sleep there its better that way.

I’m a truck driver I got there at 10 o’clock in the morning and I did not leave out of there until 630 at night to get offloaded. The employees have no clue what’s going on. They gave me my BOOL to leave I left they stopped me at the security guard gate. The truck was still half full, this place is beyond beyond horrible. Something needs to change their management preferably have no clue on how to run a warehouse of my 25 years of driving a truck. That is the only place that I’ve ever sat there that long day employees are told to lie to the truck drivers. The girl said oh we already started unloading no she didn’t because I was sitting there watching and they were supposed to give me a phone call to pull into a dock. Well luckily I went inside is the guy says all we tried to call you no, you didn’t horrible, horrible horrible horrible I will never ever take a load to that place again.
