My favorite convenience store and gas station! The customer service here is always top notch. From the time I walk in, I'm usually always greeted with a smile and felt welcomed by the cashiers. This Casey's is great in so many ways, their fresh broasted chicken and chicken tenders are the best around at a very fair price! The other food that they have as well is delicious such as the cheeseburgers, cheese bread, and the wings are awesome! The gas station is very well cared for and always clean and well stocked when I stop in. Highly recommend stopping here!

This gas station isn't even a Casey's. Not sure why it shows up as one. Hustisford doesn't have a Casey's. I'm pretty sure Google means the Casey's on Liberty Ave. in Hartford. But this gas station is a BP.

The new store manager is rude. She told me that I have to wait until after 9 am to buy alcohol, which never was the case for the past 2 years I've gone to Casey's. I told her the other store manager that worked here before her would sell after 6 am. She then interrogates me for a name which was weird and unprofessional. She kept pointing to her name tag saying she's the new store manager and it's "always" been that way. Worst experience ever? No, but she did lose a customer because of her attitude. She doesn't need to sell to me just as I don't need to buy from her, but in times like these, I would try to be as courteous to the people that help me pay my bills. 🖓

During prime hours when people are getting home and stopping at the gas station on the way, they need more than one person working. I went in there tonight and there is one teenage girl and she was occupied on the phone obviously with someone who was going to take a half hour to place an order for food. She tried hard. You could hear that there were people in the back behind her but instead of coming out to help her, she was left to flounder. The only reason why I come here is because it's the closest place to me.

I have always have had great service from the ladies that work here...specially mercedez Lewis in the kitchen. She's always friendly and has an smile on her face! She also makes AMAZING pizza and SUBS!!!

Horrible place... seen a this worker Derek doing favors and giving free merchandise to friends many times but not other customers.. is that fair?? Rude service too by that native American person that works in mornings This place is losing customers.
