We brought our dog here a few times for daycare before boarding him so he would get used to it and he loves Paws and Claws! He loves all the staff and dogs there. It’s nice to come home to a sleepy dog from playing all day. I really like that they group their dogs off size and temperament. The staff is super knowledgeable and really understands and cares about your dog. We definitely recommend Paws and Claws!

I have three dogs with three very different needs and the staff are very attentive and thorough to meet their needs. My dogs come home happy and healthy each time they have stayed. Each dog boards individually and play times are arranged according to the dog’s play preferences

We boarded our anxiety-prone GSD this past weekend to feel out if the facility would be a good fit for him (he’s been boarded elsewhere with no issues, we were just in search of a place closer to home for convenience). At drop off, it was requested to please call if there was any issues, and we could get him picked up. We received no phone call all weekend, so we assumed the stay went well. Upon pickup, we noticed our poor boy had lost significant/noticeable weight in just 48 hours, indicating he was having severe anxiety during the stay. We are heartbroken no staff noticed an issue and called us, and this now has us questioning how closely they actually watch the dogs under their care for issues. We are thankful our dogs stay was short, because if this is the result of 2 days, what would have happened if he were there for a full week vacation? Would no staff have been concerned enough about his well-being to call? Pictures attached, top is from early last week, bottom is day of pick up.

We have always had wonderful experiences with Paws and Claws. Their staff is friendly and responsive and they take very good care of my dogs. They greet my dogs by name, even if we haven't been there in a while. They are great at keeping me informed at all times and they are just amazing to work with.

We have used P&C for boarding, daycare, and grooming since they first opened. We have been thrilled with the professional service and personalized attention to our dogs. Now that the business and facilities have grown we appreciate the expanded hours, services, and capacity. They have accommodated our high strung whippets, our dog-aggressive rescue (solo, safe from other pets playing there), our crazy puppies, and more mellow personalities in between! We’d recommend P&C to anyone.

My dog spent 6 days at Paws and Claws. I’m very happy he stayed there. The staff are very friendly and outgoing. Facility very clean. My dog was groomed and the groomer did a great job. I’ve taken my dog to many boarding facilities and this is the best one. It’s nice to know that when my dog needs boarding he’ll be where the staff care and is in great hands.

Everytime I call to make a grooming appointment they NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONES and call me a week later then tell me they can't fit me in for 4 weeks. I understand you're booked up but you could at least give a call back especially when a voicemail is left. I've called in different times of the day in just one day and THEIR LACK OF COMMUNICATION is not professional.Besides that, my dogs have severe anxiety about being there when I drop them off AND pick them up.I'm taking my animals somewhere else from now on. I feel that my animals are not being treated well and that's important to me. I love them so much and they have such a short life.

I take my dog approximately 1x per week, ever since she was a puppy. Just recently took her to be boarded. The staff are so friendly and caring. My dog came home happy and tired. I dont know what I'd do without them!

This was Murphy's first stay away from home and us. He seemed to do well. I would like to get a tour of the facility and asked to just look in when we picked him up but was denied. I can understand that since they were busy preparing dogs for pickups.Not many pictures (3) of the kennel facility on the website. Would like a tour.

Whenever we go on vacation we use Paws and Claws! Staff is super nice and very thorough on the phone about pricing, drop off and pick-up, and what you can and can not bring for your pet while staying there. We wanted to pick up our dog at 2am and Paws and Claws makes it super easy to do that. The building and parking lot is very well lit so we felt safe picking up after hours. We will definitely keep going back!

Paws and Claws is a wonderful place to bring your dog. Day care or overnight stay. The staff is extremely professional and friendly. Stevie can be a bit fearful and nervous. The staff was wonderful and Stevie has come out of his shell and is doing well the other dogs and staff. I bring him there a couple times a week to improve his social skills. He seems to love it and is excited when I drop him off and is also excited to go home at the end of the day. Thank you Paws and Claws for ALL that you do in keeping our pups safe and giving them exceptional care.

We LOVE Paws & Claws! Our chocolate lab puppy, Mav, has been going intermittently since he was tiny (11 weeks) and has thrived here at every age. The staff are all exceptional; they care for my pup while also reinforcing good behavior and correcting unwanted jumps/nips. They are flexible and very responsive; I especially love the option for 24 hour pick up which allows the ultimate flexibility for those of us who work odd hours. So happy to have found them!!

We had an unexpected situation come up and needed to board our three dogs with little notice. I contacted the Paws and Claws staff, and they were able to accommodate our request. In addition to the immediate boarding needs we also required five weeks of daycare for our two puppies. Tari and the staff were very accommodating to our needs and supported us throughout. Since our two puppies had been attending daycare intermittently, we knew they would do a great job taking care of our dogs. I highly recommend Paws and Claws! A BIG Thank You to Tari and the entire staff.

My 7 month old puppy spent 6 days here when we went on vacation. I did not worry about her at all. They are very professional and really look out for the dog's welfare. When I picked her up she was clean and in good shape and healthy. She also goes to doggy day care at Paws and Claws and she is always excited to go play with other dogs. I highly recommend Paws and Claws Pet Resort.

Where you board sometimes is what works best for your pet. I've used various boarding places, and while all have been good, my dog seems to enjoy Paws and Claws the best. It is now my go to boarding location.

We love paws and claws. We have been customers there forever. We leave our dogs there when we go out of town, leave them for the day and also groom them there. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Just left our dogs there for a week and they were well taken care of. Our German shepherd puppy loves it there because he gets tons of exercise!

Paws and Claws helped make the puppy stage manageable! When my dog was a pup he spent the day at daycare getting the wiggles out. He came home calm and was relaxed all night long. Now that he is older he simply likes daycare for the social aspect. He always jumps from the car with his tail wagging and runs to get inside. We chose Paws and Claws because the owner has extensive experience training dogs. The staff at Paws and Claws are trained to handle all types of behavior and breeds. The property is always clean and the staff are friendly. The best part is that our dog so comfortable with the facility, because of his time in daycare, we have no problem leaving him overnight when we are on vacation!!

The way they handle dogs should be disclosed to you at orientation but it is not. I saw a worker today grab a dog by it’s chin and YELL “NO” in the dogs face. They seem like a great place to leave your pet but as a person who as worked with dogs my whole life I’ve never heard of such “training”tactics. When I brought this to the desk worker she simply said “that’s what the owner taught us to do” I said “well I am no okay with you touching my dog that way and we won’t be coming back.” It was met with okay that’s fine and she walked away. If you have any type of fearful or reactive dog I would absolutely not recommend bringing them there.
