My recent visit to Fleet Farm in Hudson, Wisconsin, exceeded all expectations, thanks to the outstanding service provided by their knowledgeable and attentive team.From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a genuine eagerness to assist me. Matthew and Brian, with their expertise and friendly demeanor, went above and beyond to help me find all the tools I needed for my project. Their thorough knowledge of the inventory and willingness to assist me in every step of the process made my shopping experience both efficient and enjoyable.But the exceptional service didn't stop there. After Matthew and Brian had helped me gather all the necessary tools, Patrick and Jess stepped in to assist me with signing up for a credit card to save 10% on my first purchase. Bought tires and spent enough for them. Bought the warranty plan as well. I have tried to have them balanced and rotated twice and have had nothing but problems getting an appointment. I called and left a message twice and was NEVER called back. I would not send anyone there for tires and I certainly will not buy tires there again.

We just switched dog food brands to diamond naturals salmon and potato . I have been purchasing 4 bags of the 30 lb bags per month. Now I can't find it at any of the fleet stores. Went to 3 different stores. Hudson Wisconsin, St. Cloud and Monticello and I was only able to find 3 bags total out the 3 stores that I went to. I sure hope that you are not discontinuing this brand and type of dog food. It is a major problem to switch to different food because my dogs go through a process of loose stool in transition of the change and it's not a good thing. So I'm hoping that you will continue to carry this brand and type. Thanks

I bought 6 gallons of anti freeze not knowing how much I needed. Today I returned 3 gallons with my receipt unopened. The return person gave me the 5th degree and I did not even think she was going to give me a refund even though they were clearly unopened. She had a bad attitude and treated me like a criminal. Good luck driving business away from your store!

What a joke! On Sunday the 3rd I wanted to get a couple of pairs of Field & Forrest Flannel Lined Carpenter Jeans in a 30W - 32L and the only location that they were available at was in Hudson which is over an hour away from me so I called there to make sure that they truly did have two pairs in stock in my size and to my surprise I was told they actually had 3 pairs available so I asked if they would be willing to hold them for me being I was coming from so far to get them & I was told that they didn't have enough the staff to be able to do that. So I hoped in my car for the hour plus drive to that location (I have one five minutes from my house) and was unable to find any Field & Forrest Flannel Lined Carpenter Jeans, nor an employee to ask for help. So I went back to the front of the store to the customer service desk and after a few minutes she said that someone would meet me back there to help. I wish I could remember the young ladies name because she was the only good thing about that store & she deserves to be acknowledged; the best I can say is I think her name started with an M and that she is a really tiny blonde. She deserves a raise. She had a very determined attitude of; we told you we have them, and I'm going to find them for you. She didn't have an easy time, but she kept trying until she found me what I was looking for in a different brand for the same price. It was ridiculous how difficult it was to go and pick up something I was told was in stock.

I love fleet farm.they have the best pet care section.they have food.they have clothes they have so much.i enjoy shopping there. I'm adding on to my previous review....I can't get enough of Mills fleet farm. They have the coolest stuff. I spent over an hour in the tool section alone yesterday. And then in the pet and farm animal section. They have everything!

Good store. I mean F Farm always has good brands like in their grilling area that is huge and Carhart and so on. They need help on stocking for sure. Supplies were low. Fleet Farm u can never go wrong and they do have great prices on gas as well. Best prices at this store in Hudson for gas .

We arrived at approximately 1130am knowing exactly what firearm I was purchasing. No questions no complaints, just a quick easy transaction (minus the government part obviously). I was helped before noon by Carter. We waited 2 hours, was told that we're "next in the queue". Carter disappeared. 330pm New employees showed up, after about a half hour we were asked if we needed help by Steve (he was great and needs a raise, seriously). There was an issue with the internal fleetfarm system which did delay us an additional 15-20min at the end but no one besides the coders have control of that. Now at this point, I'm reasonably upset with how much of my time has been wasted (approximately 4hours if youre counting) as I watch an Indvidual show up, look at a gun, and still check out before me in a total of about 30 minutes. This leads me to reasonably believe that there was some simple miscommunication and we slipped through the cracks. So before I make such a significant purchase I think its appropriate to make sure that I am indeed valued as a customer and that the employee who made the mistake is made aware of it, so others valuable time isn't wasted for no reason. I ask to speak to who ever is currently acting as the general manager in order to provide this opportunity for everyone to learn. As expected I'm met with insults and drop jaws. Apparently it takes a "person who claims to have a supernatural ability to perceive events in the future or beyond normal sensory contact" in order to come up with such a creative solution as speaking to your employee about a shortcoming(he called me clairvoyant). Or at least that's what Tim, the store Manager, claimed. So I asked Tim if he were in my position, what's something that would ease his tensions. He simply responded with "I don't have expectations". So I simply responded that I'm not interested in the transaction. Tim continued to follow and harass me all the way to my ride and then took a picture of my roommates truck on his personal cell as we drove away for some reason (even though they have my social, address, and ethnic classification).After this we decided to go to the Oakdale location as I've frequented this location and have always had an awesome experience with Steve back at the gun counter. They had 2 employees running checks(hudson had 4 employees running checks)... I was in and out of that location with my firearm in hand with a few other items in under 40 minutes.After this experince I decided to call Tim back to let him know that they may want to contact that location to get some tips. Of course he comes up with the "Time of day" excuse...here's a picture I took of Tim's location about half way through our encounter. Overall very disappointed with the Hudson location.

In a time when most employees just walk by at 5:30 in the evening. A nice young man named Jacob from the Hudson store was getting carts and walk up and asked if he load my 50lb bags of dog food for me. Thank you Jacob for your kinds and great customer service.

Was told by person on phone that he had my item in hand, so just to order it online and he'd set it aside, and I could come in before I got confirmation email. Went to store, was told after some confusion, that my item was not in stock. The lady was very helpful, but this was ridiculous. I even walked back to check the shelf, it was empty. Bad experience, but normally friendly and helpful staff.
