They carry the typical products that a pet store usually has, however, they cost almost twice as much. Half of the products I have purchased from this store have had defects and have not worked. My boyfriend and I recently purchased Gerbils from their store and they are very timid and scared, as they were when we saw them in the display case. The staff is not very knowledgeable, unhelpful, and distant with customers. The owner is rude and does not have an understanding of what she can and can't demand of other businesses.I was pretty unhappy with the service over all and will not be returning.

I Personally do not like it there. The animals are all so fearful, and i believe they should be handled more before selling them. Everything is expensive, the workers don't know half the stuff they are doing i needed help with fish, and again she didn't know the answer to my question. Its a nice local store, but i believe she should have workers that are out of high school and know what they are doing. Also... I think they should have someone at the check out at all times. There has been multiple times i have gone there and me along with other people had to wait for a couple of mintues because no one is there.

Not extremely experienced though friendly staff. Mostly high school girls. My small animal purchasing experience was satisfactory.
