Had intoxalock installed in my wife's car and from day one had problems with the installation. My front running lights would stay on after the car was shut off, and my check engine light was now on for a cam sensor. Bought back down to them to fix the light problem and won't you know it the check engine light was no longer on. Now I have been having a problem where the car won't start back up after shutting it off. After leaving sit longer then would restart. Bought it in for calibration and then won't start. They then claim that my battery died yet all of the dash lights were on. Didn't even make a clicking noise like it was trying. Mechanic put a jump pack on it and it started so automatically that say it the battery. They tested the alternator and it was putting out 14 volts. They also checked the battery and it had 12.5 volts. So they tell me to make an appointment and they would install a new unit. Make that appointment and then they are back to telling me that the battery is bad. Yet the car can sit for days not running and starts fine. Only won't start sometimes after driving it does not sound like a battery. Sound more like the juck intoxalock system that they installed.

Trevor helped my fiance become a businessman by showing him guidance and consistently going out of his way for him out of nothing but kindness! He gets upset when he has to go somewhere else for his car repairs because he pays way more and it takes way longer to get done typically.

Brought my car in to have the god awful interlock installed. Although the equipment from the manufacturer was faulty, the employees at Greenville Auto were vigilant in their efforts to get it installed. Not only properly, but meticulously, without having to cause damage to the vehicle. The staff was very friendly, very informative. I could not have had a better experience as far as Greenville Auto provided. I will now use them for other services based on their incredible work. Very happy customer.

I was told my car would take at least $1,000 to fix because I “needed to” completely replace my exhaust. Jess and Jesse did an amazing job welding the damaged areas! Not to mentioned they save me over $600 compared to multiple other estimates!!! Thank you so much 😊

Very friendly, family owned, genuine group of people. I sat and spoke with the owners about cars after my test drive for a bit due to the sales guys Jake and Trevor were out. Very nice and personable people. After the purchase we had a few unexpected issues that some could be considered things they shouldn't be required to fix but they gladly repaired the items with no questions asked. Jake was very responsive thru social media communication and Trevor was great to work with thru the buying process. They are even monitoring something after their excellent 1mo/1000 mi warranty has expired. You can't ask for better service!!

We had a great experience at Greenville auto. Our family has been looking for a minivan for a few weeks. We want an odyssey or a sienna and Greenville auto had one of each for us to check out. The vans were in great shape and fit what we wanted and the building was beautiful and well cared for. The real delight/surprise was how wonderful Trevor and the Greenville auto staff was. They let us look on our own and answered our questions when we were ready. The atmosphere is relaxed and no one was pushy. Trevor did a great job communicating and was honest and made it a pleasant experience purchasing the van we wanted. Highly recommend this dealership for a great vehicle at a fair price with fantastic service.

We where searching for a mini van for our business after looking around we kept running into overpriced vehicles with many problems. Went to Greenville Auto and found a van that was reasonably price in perfect condition. After our test drive we knew we had a quality vechile. The service department was very thorough in inspecting a vehicle before an upcoming vacation and letting me know the condition of the vehicle. Bought a used vehicle - it was an '08 and most were newer and nicer vehicles on the lot - got a fair offer on the trade-in and on the drive home noticed some shaking in the steering wheel. I lived two hours away but Trevor worked to timely fix the problem; replaced the axel, did a wheel balance, and alignment and all was covered by the warranty. I've bought much nicer vehicles a few times and never received the same service.

I did a number of online searches for my next auto purchase. I was ready to commit to a purchase but decided to look locally also. I stopped by Greenville Auto and met Jake. After a conversation with him I decided no matter what I bought it was going to be from Jake. He searched and searched for vehicles for me going above and beyond what I expected. I bought a Land Rover from Jake and could not be happier. Any concers that needed to be addressed were taken care of immediately. Trevor was great to work with. He had a nice clear car for us ready to test drive. His team did a great job inspecting the vehicle before hand, and they replaced the tires and brakes.Trevor gave us a fair price and we quickly agreed. He submitted the paperwork to the DMV promptly. When we came to pick up the car, he had made a second remote for the car (we didn't ask for this) which was a great gesture.We definitely recommend working with Greenville Auto!

Bought a new bmw, never owned one in the past, dealership I bought from (not greenville auto) was quick to push me away but Trevor was very helpful with answering all my questions and concerns. Even gave my boyfriend a car to drive while he was waiting for his insurance claim to hit! 11/10 customer service!
