So I went to dairy Queen with my school on Friday February 2nd for lunch I got the 4 pc chicken tenders fries and toast it tasted good but i started to feel nauseous and bad on Sunday morning i did some research and now i found out I got food poisoning from your restaurant now i am id pain and sick i expect some sort of compensation for my troubles

Went in there Friday night. Every sandwich on my order was either missing items. Or poor quality. I literally went to this location because they had food besides desert. Only professional person there was the manager. After I realized I didn't received the fries I ordered. I was over it. I guess I'm going to neenah now.

This place is pretty expensive for what you get. Went there a few years ago to the drive-thru while someone was mowing lawn...could hardly hear the cashier, so I had to talk very loud into the microphone and when I went to pay and pick up the order , I got reamed out by the owner for talking too loud into the microphone...Find a better place that actually treats their customers like they are welcome instead of someone to yell at...

The blizzards are so good. Custard is smooth and creamy. Highly recommend the Oreo Brookie, the Oreos and brownie prices were a great combo.Parking: Never a far walk to the building and always a place to park.Kid-friendliness: It's custard, what Child doesn't love that. Saw many happy to be there.

Staff could learn some pointers on greetings and manners to the customers.. maybe not just ... "$12.50." Hand the food out.. "Here ya go" No hello.. No please or thank yous.. just here ya go. No have a nice day. - Staff is the first point of contact and is the first impression of a business/restaurant.

They're clearly prioritizing the drive through over customers in the store. I've been waiting 20 minutes and the cashier has only taken one order even though there's a crowd of us by the front door. Ridiculous.

The chicken tenders and the smoothies were great! However, my snack melts only contained two very small grilled chicken strips. Also, we were charged almost 3 dollars for 1 side of ranch to go with the chicken tenders. We did not realize this until we looked at the receipt at our destination. That being said I would go back for the chicken tenders any time and just skip the dipping sauce. Highly recommend their chicken tenders!

Great food.. when they have it. Drive through wait time is ok sometimes . Atrocious at others.. tonight ordered a buster bar and was told the total.. waited over a half hour in drive through only to be told at the window they were out . We just drove away.

Probably the slowest Dairy Queen I've ever been to. It took 10 minutes to get to me, and I was only the third person in line. The blizzard was good, but probably not worth the wait.

We had excellent service, the teenage boys were friendly and did their job well. We had hamburgers and fries and a blizzard. The burgers were cooked just a tad bit long, otherwise everything was very good.

Amazing place we were driving through and my fiance and my self stopped to eat. The service was really amazing very friendly and they kept busy without goofing off the time we were there. We will definitely be stopping back as it was so good.

I really enjoy Dairy Queen, but not so much the workers. I've never had a bad experience before this the other day. I came in and ordered what I usually ordered and my friend also ordered, we had a very vey snotty worker serve us. She had very rude manners towards me and I don't know why? I've never seen her before so she must have been new. I've been thinking about calling the and handling this issue with the manager. People like her make me NOT want to go to that dairy queen anymore.

Normally I enjoy going to this hometown DQ. But tonight when I went through the drive thru, they first gave me the order for the person behind me. They recognized it so took it back. Then as I waited for my order, I noticed that there were at least 4 workers, two of whom were just standing around eating their own ice cream as one other person filled all the drive thru orders. Then when I got home I realized that I didn't even get what I ordered. It was a classic case of the workers NOT listening and NOT paying attention to detail and in the end giving poor customer service.

Yes there is always a wait here-because they make your food when you order it! It's not 3 hours old sitting on a warmer. Always good quality and service except the occasional typical teenager that just doesn't care. That is expected anywhere nowadays unfortunately.

the drumstick blizzard is terrible!! Big chunks of hard cookie tasting stuff and way too much of it. I've eaten drumsticks before and let me tell you, i have NEVER tasted one that tastes like your *drumstick * blizzard. Horrible and waste of my money!!

You can never go wrong with this hometown DQ. Atmosphere, staff and food quality is by far the best in the valley. I would drive a couple extra miles to go to this location vs another. Great job Hortonville DQ.
