The highlight of the visit was their32 YES…32 flavors of Cedar crest ice cream…you won’t be disappointed.If you have a large group I noted the following outside:4 picnic table sitting six people each as well as6 benches sitting three people eachThe service was excellent! Employees were clean, neat, friendly and knew their ice cream!! Thank you, Stefanie andZiley !Restaurant area was very clean and orderly. Great for a quick ice cream for sure and really there is nothing better than a hot summer day and you go to treat yourself and the family with some good old fashioned ice cream parlor. I do have to say though on this last visit there we had waited over 30 mins for food. So, with that in mind maybe save the food part for a kitchen with more staff as in any other kind of place such as this food is good within 10 Minutes and most definitely not 30. This gives the feel and atmosphere of an ice cream shop but yet makes you wait like a restaurant at lunch time. Their service and prices were great and had plenty of room outside to sit.

Really excellent ice cream shop with delicious Cedar Crest ice cream flavors, big scoops, and fun atmosphere. The owner and his employees are very friendly and provide great service.

We showed up with 10 people all ordering lunch they were taken a bit off guard but handled it wonderfully. The food was really good and the ice cream was perfect (really nice sized portions). Really enjoyable experience.

All good till I discovered they don't take cards!! Cash or check (?!) only. Their ATM charges a $2 fee. Paid this bullshit fee and tried to not be pissed off. Decent ice cream soured by this maddening surprise policy.

Lots of Cedarburg Ice Cream flavor selections, which is why we visited for something refreshing. Very good! Friendly service and clean. They also serve food, sundaes, shakes and floats.

Not much to say, not that this is a bad thing. They have good ice cream, good prices, and a nice location. They have outdoor seating that is covered and uncovered. They even have a massive chair out front if you want some funny family pictures or simple want to watch the traffic go by.

Quality ice-cream. We stopped here after hiking around the marsh on a Saturday. The service was very quick and the pup-cup made our dog very happy.

A must stop at while traveling through Horicon. So many flavors of ice cream you will certainly find one you like. Servings size is spot on for the cost, very nice staff. Have never had a bad experience.

Excellent delicious Ice Cream, great prices(where I live, Chicago area, you get a third of the amount of ice cream and it's a $1.50 more and not as tasty) unfortunately forgot to take pictures of our order because we were so busy eating it up but I can tell you the watermelon sherbet was wonderful, it made my day. My daughter had the daily grind and raved about it.🤗

My father lived here for 12 years and we never stopped in until this last Sunday (this is a seasonal place). Awesome service and the ice cream is delicious. Also, they have a snack bar menu that it pretty extensive for an ice cream shop.

After all this cold weather I am excited for it to finally warm up so that I can treat myself at the Ice Cream Station! A wide variety of hand-dipped high-quality local Cedar Crest ice cream makes it the place to be on nice days. Their sundaes are great too! Everybody that works there is always very friendly when I stop in and there are plenty of spots both inside and outside to sit. They recently did a lot of work to the building and landscape and it makes for an excellent environment in which to meet up with friends or just be by yourself. If you are from the area or are just passing through, this is the place to check out!

After they make your order you'll have to fork over an additional $2 to the ATM to get cash because they'll then inform you that they only take cash or check. Prices are reasonable, no complaint about ice cream but I'm sure business would be better if they get with the program and accept plastic.

According to fb they are always open and their website says that they close at 9:30. So, we drove 15 minutes, thinking we would have a good 45 minutes till close. When we got there the chairs were on the tables and 2 of the three staff were very friendly the other one wanted us to not be there. She did not smile, or even talk to us. I got the feeling I had read the closing time wrong, so I asked what time they closed. One of the friendly ones said that the times varied and sometimes they close at 7 sometimes as late as 10:30 (which is what was posted on the door). Translation, whenever the staff wants to go home, who cares if customers might drive there thinking that they are open until 9:30. So, we quickly decided what we wanted and ate our ice cream outside, with the bugs. Six customers came while we were there and who knows how many showed up after 9 only to find them closed. And while we were still sitting outside, at 9, they locked the door and turned the lights off. I will never go back nor will the 5 other people I was with.

The ice cream is excellent. The only reason I give 3 stars is because they gave me the old "we only accept cash or check, there's an ATM over there" routine, so I actually spent 2$ more than I really needed to. If you're a business in 2018 there's no reason to not accept any form of card. It's not the 90's anymore.

Love this place! Always stop here after a trip to the Horicon Marsh. Great small, local business, excellent selection of flavors, and very reasonable prices. And my kids love sitting in the giant Adirondack chair out front. If you're looking for a sweet treat while in Horicon, this is the spot to check out!!
