What makes Hardware Hank great is the amazing customer service. Those guys and gals know their stuff! I like to go to a hardware store, ask my questions, and get some detailed and trustworthy answers and supplies.

Bought a hose, used it once, huge crack in it. Took it back with receipt and was told by OWNER that they would not refund, return, or exchange because it was used. Seriously.... stand behind what you sell. Won't be back with this type of service and attitude toward customers.

Employee literally followed me through the store when I was browsing for some items I was looking for. Stood at the end of the aisle and watched me, it made me super uncomfortable and like I wasn’t welcome as a customer. So yeah, if you look alternative they are probably gonna think you’re shop lifting. I PAID for my items and will not be shopping here again.

Great place to come for your household essentials! Categories available: pet supplies, cleaning supplies, organizational needs, paints for the home, some car maintenance and cleaning supplies. There's more of course but these are what I have benefited from

Annoyed!!I called at noon to make sure my reservation for a dump trailer was still good and was told I can pick it up after 5:30 on Friday and I could return it when they open on Sunday for $150. I go to pick it up at 6:30 and they told me it would be an additional $125 to do that.

Great little hometown hardware store feel. They really care about the customer and do anything they can to help. Even if that's telling you that a competitor has a better selection of product. Would recommend buying all your home repair needs from here if they have it.

Great place to grab that quick item. But a really great place to rent the piece of equipment you just need for a little bit. Always had rentals available on time, price quoted and Zero mechanical issues with them

Staff is always nice, willing to put an item in stock if you are regulary there and buy from them a lot. It's a nice store and has a decent selection of items, some you would be surprised that they carry! You can even get ultra good deals. I got an item for $15 that cost $25 at Walmart and Amazon.

I love this place. They are super helpful! If they can't help you they try to find the help for you.Everytime I go in there they are more than willing to help me find what I am in there to get, sometimes with a joke and always with a smile!They are my go to hardware store!

Love the convenience of having them in town. They always seem to have a last minute item I need whenever I'm working on something in my house.There's popcorn and some cool candy here, too.I only wish they were open longer than 2 pm on Sundays, cuz somehow I always need them on a Sunday after 2 pm...lol

The New STIHL gas powered auger I rented I was told was over 48".50"-51" (He must have ment with the entire motor submerged below grade)🙄Go home to measure only 45" with the extension. I wasent very happy.Ended up digging manually the last 6"
