A nice big store which is usually organized and tidy. But, the prices are a bit high, especially being that they're all donations and mostly pre-owned items. Many times you can buy new at Walmart for less. Also, the receiving volunteer complains about accepting donations every time I drop off. I'm disabled and I even help him lift and carry. I understand that it's probably exhausting, but isn't that their entire mission?

Prices are outrageous. Someone needs to learn how to price at a THRIFT STORE. Not an antique shop lol I saw a Hall pitcher for like $50 . Been there months! They only sell for $10-15 ish on ebay. * current sold listings ) Even with shipping its cheaper! Horrible turn over, some stuff seems to be there every time for months , because your OVERPRICED! Most items regardless if they are "collectibles " shouldn't be a few dollars...you get the stuff for free.If you priced better the items would actually sell lol and make lore $$$$I will never go back and I will make sure to tell people. Also I would never donate items to an overpriced thrift store.

It had some great stuff. However they sometimes price things a bit too high. It feels like they need to have a good discount day just to get rid of some junk. But there are some good finds. Christmas stuff in the summer is pricey, lower them prices guys... But I'll still visit, I enjoy wandering around the big store atmosphere...

When I lived in the area, I shopped here more often. Now I rarely stop. I used to like this store. I have donated many items here over the years.Recently I noticed that they are trying to keep up with resellers making a profit. I personally am not a reseller. I’m sure many other customers can relate.It’s one thing to use auction platforms to price your items but please do your homework and make sure you are actually checking sold listings, not just for sale listings.They could make a lot more money if they remembered that not all of their customers are resellers. most of the inventory items are donated.during these tough times people simply cannot afford to pay retail or collector prices. That’s why people go to resale shops on the first place.It’s truly a shame what has happened to most thrift shops, GREED has gotten the better of them.

Very well organized, large variety of clothing, clothing was of good quality, nothing ripped or stained was out that I saw of. Shelf items are neatly placed on shelves. Very friendly check out staff. I will pop in next time I head that way.

You are supposed to be a thrift store. You get the items for free. Why do you price gouge the clientele? $35 dollars for a calculator? 30 dollars for an Apple TV box missing the remote? $50 for a CD player? How is ripping off the public inline with your core values? Some people cannot afford to pay online prices. This is why they go to a THRIFT store. Money over community.

I love coming here for thrifting! They have a huge selection of clothing for women. I typically come in for home decor which is always rotating. Great place to stop by for a quick visit, although I recommend giving yourself at least an hour to check out the entire place

Nice store, lots of inventory and very organized. Cashier was very friendly as well. A little pricey for my taste however. Although it seems all thrift stores are not thrifty any more. Would like to give 3 1/2 stars but can't.

I stop by when passing through Horicon. Yesterday, I saw an item I was interested in. Today I called to verify the price and availability, the manager gave me the price and that it was still there. I told her we would be there in a half an hour. When my girlfriend arrived they doubled the price, and would not honor the price that two other employees qouted, including the manager I talked to. I don't recommend this place to anyone, and will not be back. I wish I could treat my customers this poorly and remain in business. Last I knew most of these Items are donated. If you honored the price you quoted it would still be profitable.

I shop at Bethesda at least once a week. Why pay full price for most things, when you can find them gently used here. Everything is at discounted prices & every day they have different colored tags on sale SUPER cheap. I would recommend this place to anyone! Don't pay full price again!**UPDATE**So my husband and I shopped there today & found prices to be as much as retail & even worse in some areas. How do you justify selling a second hand printer for $49.99? We looked online & found it for $39.99...BRAND NEW! They're prices seem to be following in line with everything else, unfortunately. Of course, there r still good deals to be found (on 1/2 off items mainly...lol), you just have to spend the time searching.

I love shopping at Bethesda, almost always find something there for the kids or myself that we need. And the prices are perfect! I donate all of our stuff to Bethesda, they treat you right.I donate in back and pull around front and go buy something new. Lol.

Always a good variety of items. Wednesday is 25% off for seniors. They are also selling mattresses now. Assumably new ones. Only complaint I have is that some of their Collectibles, like Haeger pottery, are way overpriced, and most times there's some damage. Lots of older Tupperware and plenty of pots and pans and some decent furniture. I've never left there empty-handed.

Such a BIG, clean, well taken care of thrift store. Prices are very reasonable. Voulenteers are helpful and curious. Money raised supports a great cause. In the strip mall where it's located is also a brand New Furniture Store and an exclusive Christmas thrift store run by the same organization. I HIGHLY Recommend if you like supporting a great cause and a good deal!

I would like to give 0 stars. Not child friendly. Went with grandchildren and 2 of the oldest women employees followed us around and told the children they could not touch any of the toys unless they purchased them first. They were very rude to us adults too. I have been an avid shopper there for 10 years but today was the last straw. Prices have been jacked up and store rearranged without proper organization. Become a waste of time and added frustration/harassment.

Bethesda is such a great thrift store!!! Joyce was so friendly and helpful today, just as she is every other time I've interacted with her. The store is clean and organized and the prices are hard to beat!!

I just moved to Horicon and this was the first place I went to see if they had anything I needed for my apartment. Unfortunately nothing sparked my eye for household furniture but I did find some nice shirts and a few good books! The lady at the counter was super welcoming! Very clean store and fairly well organized for the variety of stuff they have!

The cashier was way too busy at 2:45 today talking with one woman checking out. Talked for over 15 minutes while I was 3rd in line and 3 people were behind me waiting. I left without buying my cart of over $100 of items.

The store smells kinda bad, they have some pretty nice stuff sometimes otherwise normally just a bunch of J-U-N-K JUNK!!! They also are somewhat overpriced but all the employees are very kind and genuinely show a great deal of bonhomie.

I came to get shower rings for my shower curtain and I'll look like a pretty sad that was all wrapped up. I got it home to take it apart and I looked at it and it is napkin rings where the shower Rings should have been and there was two sets there. Now I have napkin rings for my paper napkins doesn't work
