I am so happy with the invisible fence brand and my dog is too! She is now able to use the whole yard and has a great time sprinting as fast as she can and playing in the yard. Everyone I spoke to from the office staff, installers and trainers were great. They were quick to answer any of the questions I was having about the product or how to work with my dog on the boundary. I cannot tell you enough how much I love the fence system. The install was very quick and the installer was so knowledgeable and explained everything to me when he was finished installing the system. The trainers were really great. I have a very skittish Border Collie mix and they were very patient with her and made sure she was comfortable the whole time while they were training. The invisible fence works so much better than the portable boundary system I was previously using.

Everyone has been extremely friendly. The trainers that came out were so kind, gentle and patient with my dogs and cats. We set up an additional training session for my cats and they were very accommodating to fit me into their busy schedule. I live in the country and have a large yard and they listened to where I wanted things and answered all of my questions. My animals love the freedom to roam their whole yard! I have coonhounds and this has worked well for their wandering noses. I highly recommend an invisible fence for your critters! The no penalty feature for coming back into the yard after they have gone beyond their limit was one of the main reasons I went with this brand and the excellent customer service and care was a bonus. They went beyond my expectations and if you’re even just thinking about the Invisible Fence, get a quote. It is well worth it!

Amazing installation and follow up training/service! An ABSOLUTE GAME CHANGER for my dogs. I literally have nothing to worry about anymore with my squirrley dogs who NEVER wanted to stay in the yard for even a second. They also give you an in-home fence pod so my dogs don't have to be kenneled but can't get into the kitchen. 300000/out of 100 would recommend.

I recently bought a home that had Invisible Fence installed. Fortunately for me, the previous owners left all the components and literature. I called the local office to get the details on how I could take advantage of this great resource for my labradoodle. I was given info on costs and training schedules. Jessica came to my home and checked my system then started the training for my dog and I. She was informative and friendly. My dog is 3 years old and we had previously lived on 13 acres with no boundaries so I hoped for the best now living in a town with traffic, walkers (with dogs) and stray cats!The training went very well. My dog stays safely in my yard on a corner lot. I love being able to let him out to roam my yard. Rabbits,squirrels, deer and cats entice him but he stays within his boundaries!

We have had our invisible fence for about 2 months now and we love it! Jessie was great with training our dogs. Our dogs love to being able to run around outside and watch the people and cars go by. The employees at Invisible Fence are very quick to help, should the need arise! One of our dogs tested his boundary and I just sent Jessie a text and she stopped out as soon as possible! I didn’t even need to be home. I just left the collar for her and she turned it up for me. I definitely recommend Invisible Fence Brand for anyone considering buying one!

We have two dogs, and one dog was VERY difficult to get contained. Eventually, after many trips here to our house, a special collar was ordered for her, and it works. It's been months of her watching every squirrel or rabbit run by and stopping immediately at the fence. Our installation didn't go smoothly, but from then on out our trainer, Jessie, was very receptive and helpful.

We’ve had a fantastic experience with Invisible Fence, particularly with their installer/trainer Kyle. He has made multiple trips here to both install the system (because the ground was frozen in April when we started out) and to train our anxious dogs—an Elkhound puppy and a 6 year old Husky mix—even using his own dogs to help. Also, our fence was accidentally cut when we had our lawn aerated, and Kyle was back within 24 hours and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes. Their service is truly exceptional; friendly, helpful, efficient, and worth every penny.

We just had our invisible fence updated for our new puppy and couldn't be happier! We had our original invisible fence installed, by this same company, over 15 years ago and that one worked great for our only other puppy experience as well. This time around, we were able to use the same buried cable but we upgraded the system to take advantage of the new available technology. Our first dog, a tiny Maltese Bichon, only had one correction her entire life and was forever a "house hugger" in fear of ever suffering another zap. While that fence was great and our experience with her being able to explore outdoors on her own was great, the new system with so many more variable option in correction level has really been amazing for our new, tiny Maltese Chihuahua. He has been able to test his limits and explore SO much more of the yard because his correction is much more suited to his size and tolerance. Kyle and his four-legged training pals did an amazing job helping us get our little pooch acclimated to his limits and, just like before, the results are perfect! It can't all be attributed to the ridiculously high intelligence of the two pets but that, coupled with the equipment, the quality training and the fabulous support of Invisible Fence has made our yard safe and secure for two much loved pets.

I am beyond thrilled with our invisible fence!! Our puppy did not listen very well and would always run out of the yard and into the street. I was so afraid that she would get hit by a car! I also had to constantly watch when we opened our doors to go outside that she would not get out. It was very stressful!So we finally decided to look into getting the invisible fence! Everyone was so professional and helpful and it did not take her long to learn her boundaries!The trainer came once a week to work with our puppy and to monitor her progress.We now have a super happy puppy that can run around and explore her territory without worry that she will go in the road! We had Invisible Fence installed last October and love it!!! Kyle who installed the fence was able to accommodate the fence to our property boundaries perfectly! This year we did construction on our home and I called to have the fence part way removed so it wouldn’t get damaged and then “reinstalled” after we were finished and it was no problem and they did that for free since it was within the first year of install. Kyle explained the training easily for me to keep doing it on my own and our dog took to it amazingly. She rarely even goes close to her boundary. It’s definitely worked for us and I would recommend Invisible Fence Brand of the Tri-State area to anyone who’s considering it.

We have just completed the 3 week training session with Jessie and our 11 month old pup, Buddy, and we are very pleased with the results. We are still at the stage where all of the flags are still up so it’s still early in the training cycle but Buddy is doing very well. We have several distractions … rabbits, squirrels, neighbors dogs, a busy street, all that concerned us about letting Buddy loose in the yard. Either Buddy is a much smarter pup than we thought or Jessie is a better trainer than we expected (we think it’s a good combination of both) but he hasn’t gone through the boundaries so far and we don’t expect him to. We love being able to let him roam loose in our yard and Buddy loves it too. We’re glad we invested in the Invisible Fence and the training too.

I was skeptical and had so many doubts. The team was extremely reassuring and proved this was the best option for our dogs. We have had zero issues and their service was impeccable and still is.
