Friendly, amazing staff. That is truly what sets this store apart from other grocery stores in the area. I LOVE that if you ask their employees something, they either know the answer or they will find the answer and are so pleasant to deal with.

The store clerks are courteous and knowledgeable. I just wish you didn't have to purchase 5 or 4 of an item to receive the sales price. I'm handicapped so I have trouble carrying 5- 12 packs instead of 1-12 pack of soda! Thank you!

Took in an item purchased that was damaged (didn't notice when originally purchased the box of organic sugar that it crystallized to brick form) for exchange. Easy process, friendly staff took care of me and issue pretty effortlessly and without a hassle. Frequent shopper due to convenience and the friendly staff.

Been noting a different flavor in the cheese curds. I think it is coming from the plastic bags. You can smell it when you open the bag. Also there is SO much really small pieces on every bag. It looks like Westby is scraping the bottom of the vat for your curds. I think that is poor quality. You don’t find it when I purchase other brands.

This morning our family were saying our goodbyes to my mom.it was very hard for all my Dad married to her 73 years.I came into Festival FoodsTo get dinner for thanksgiving,my mom's holiday I called it . I went back to the deli whereMy love for this store came even stronger.A young lady who was wearing a turkey cap, was more than helpful.i explainedAll that was going on. I can't believe how everyone was. The put together my food,Walked me to the front counter,bagged my food smiled,talked to me.In general showed me more care and true concern.A moment I will never forget.We shop here because this store cares about it's customers, it is spotless, organized.Today I left feeling more like we were all a family.Thanks for all you showed me,And taking the time to listen,help and simplyComfort.you never know why a person is shopping in your store.

Atmosphere and store are great - employees are always super friendly. Prices are higher here than other stores in the area, but they’re the closest to my home which makes them the most convenient.

This is the Most elegant Festival in the Driftless area. located in the heart of what I like to call the High Society bc of all the friendly peaceful people making it feel really safe! The food is pretty much the same as all the other Festivals, however the employees here are 🔝 notch just like the chicken pot pies 🥧

I went there to get blueberries as other stores in the area were out of them. Festival has a great selection and I would have give 5 stars but the prices are much higher than the grocery store I usually go to.

Festival is a pretty unique grocery in their layout. My uncle was pretty well known and like a celebrity when we went to this place. The staff and owners even knew him. Everyone seems to be friendly and welcoming. I didn't really get any bad vibes. I will admit their cookies are pretty delicious. Overall, it felt like a family taken on a grocery with hospitality.

Your local food shopping center at best. Has great quality items for a great price. Their food bar is very good. I grabbed their pulled pork and mac&cheese for lunch and it was delicious! Very friendly customer service who always try and help.

It’s just okay. We don’t love shopping here but it’s the best their is within 25 miles so we do it. Since Hi-Vie opened I’ve definitely noticed they are stepping up their game and have added more selection and dressed the place up a bit. There’s not a time I shop here and go to get something that’s a staple for me and they’re out of it. And they don’t carry many brands that in other cities I would never have this problem, hence giving it only three stars.

I’m really not happy with this store anymore. For one the prices are too high. Another thing is I buy the already made half sandwiches but now I look and they expire the day or day before and shouldn’t still be out for sale. Lastly today (Sat) I bought a two pack of cherry turnovers only to find out they are Apple.

A strangers kind gesture made my day today. My Dad's too. Thank you Rose for showing us that iconic Wisconsin friendliness.My Dad and I stopped in to pick up a few groceries and his birthday cake for this weekend. He decided he'd like to pick out his own this year. It reads "65 and going strong... And NOT retiring!" Much like my Dad, a strong and fun message he had written on his own cake. As we approached the check out I said to him "You know you can't pay for your own birthday cake." Of course he debated. Rose started checking out our groceries and said Happy Birthday to my Dad. After pleasantries I asked Rose to tell him he can't pay for his own birthday cake. She responded with "He's not paying for it. Nope. Today it's on me." Our stunned looks and laughs she continued... "Well, it's on us. Festival. Happy birthday!"The cheeriness of the gesture has stuck with us today and radiated out into the parking lot. A man about the same age was walking in and said "Did you buy me a birthday cake? Looks good!" That was a perfect opportunity to tell him what just happened in the store. He was surprised and smiling as he walked in the store.It's not a loaf of bread and we aren't starving, but the joy and friendliness is impactful. Thanks Rose for your gesture and thank you Festival for nurturing this kind of positivity in your staff. We appreciate you!

Always friendly staff. My issues are they frequently dont have items i need so i end up going to Woodmans. Woodmans is also cheaper for other grocery items. Any time i ever put a request in for something. Nobody ever follows up or gets back to me. Why even have this system in place if nobody follows up? On a positive note, produce is always fresh and good quality.

I was shopping in the Holmen Festival with my mom. When checking out my apples my card didn't go through so I thought I transfered money but found ot later I didn't. Maria one of the managers bought them for me and asked if needed anything else and I told her no that I had to figure out what was going on with my account. I thanked her so much! It was very comforting knowing how much she cared. We love shopping at Festival everyone has always been so nice! Thank you, Sherry Smith

The quality of the deli and produce are way better than others in the area (thinking Woodman's and Wal-Mart). The donuts are amazing and always fresh.Their credit card readers seem to have issues with Google Pay -- every 3rd time it seems to not work for whatever reason.

I have been grocery shopping at Festival over 30 years. Saturday I got some things from the deli. The clerk uses her hand with 1 plastic glove on and the other no glove to scoop out food with her hand into the container. Gross! That's is beyond gross! Seriously done with this store. Food poisoning I got!!

I’ve lived in a few places but I’m happy to be back where Festival is the grocery king, lol. I seriously love this market. The people working here are so genuine and friendly. They keep the store and parking lot very clean. The produce is always so fresh & beautiful. Love the offerings in the deli and meat/seafood counters. It’s all good but specifically the homemade salmon burgers! Would highly recommend if that’s your thing.

Great selection! Clean, well organized. But what really keeps me coming back is how extremely friendly and helpful everyone is. It makes my day better going there and seeing friendly faces that say hello. You don’t get that at non-festival grocery stores for the most part.

I realize things are tough all over but I have not been pleased with the quality of products for some time now. If the produce lasts 2 or 3 days before it goes bad you're lucky. Sea food is not good either. Had to throw out half the lobster I bought because when I thawed it out it was black and didn't smell good. If there was another store close by I would be going there.

The pricing on some items here can be a little high, but the deli and bakery departments can't be beat by anywhere else I've been in the area. The staff is always courteous and friendly. I also appreciate the flow here. I'm always able to get in, get what I need, and get out in a reasonable time, which is a particular blessing to me because of my social/crowd anxiety. Thanks, guys, for the consistent great experience!
