I showed up to an appointment with a confirmation text. I was greeted by one of the groomers and she was very not personable. She told me I didn’t have an appointment but could fit me in a different day. I reached out to management and they said their employee told me she could fit me In when I showed up. I’m basically being told my story is not correct. For this reason I won’t be recommending this establishment. Not to mention the other concerns about the noise levels.

Staff was helpful and friendly. They warned me ahead of time about upcoming construction to give myself extra time- how thoughtful! My dog looks great! I appreciated how streamlined and simple the new client intake was. Also small world - one of the staffers was my dog's foster mom way back when 😄Love a local spot who cares for their clients. We will certainly be back.

Highly recommend Doggie Zen & Den! Most groomers are booked out for at least a month. I was able to get in for a grooming within days of calling, even with a new pet. The whole team was friendly, efficient, and helpful. You can receive a call or text when the appointment is complete. I will definitely be coming back!

Just made our first visit to DZ&D. We have a very dog reactive dog, and the folks at DZ&D we're so accommodating. Responded to my message immediately, scheduled us for the next day - at a time when we met no other dogs. Addison was incredibly patient with Sammie during her first time on the grooming table. We'll definitely be back!

Rocket loves to get his grooming done at Doggie Zen & Den. He's always excited when I drop him off and is a beautiful clean happy boy when I pick him up. They always do a great job making my farm poodle look more like a show dog. Staff is always friendly as well.

Addison does a phenomenal job grooming our two pups. They are both so happy when they leave all pretty and handsome. Our one pup, Fergie was a little touchy to work with. My 10 month old Bordoodle needed a grooming as she was getting long and matted. They worked us right in and were very professional, patient and kind with Zoey! Thank you SO much! She looks great and is glad to be trimmed up and mat free now that warmer weather is here. We are all very appreciative!😉👍
