Overall, very good service and timing.Costs were a bit high for the repair (nearly $500 to remove a tow rope wrapped around jet ski impeller), but the repair was done promptly and effectively.

I would give AirTec a minus 100 if it was an option. I have purchased 2 boats, Scag lawn mower and several ATVs over the years. This spring I got a quote on a new UTV and when I told them I would take it they would not honor the offer. I tried speaking with the owner. He made me out to be a bad customer. I had just bought a brand new pontoon from them and he said that he would call me back to discuss buying it back and that way we would never have contact again. He never called back. I sent him text messages and calls but he refused to respond. I then spoke with Ben at Holcombe where the pontoon was purchased. He said that he never had a problem with me and would honor the warranty for service if needed. I dropped the boat off there last Saturday for warranty. Got a call from Ben today and said that the owner, Chip, told him that he was not allowed to work on my new boat. I again tried reaching out to Chip. No answer. I would highly suggest that you look elsewhere. This is how they apparently treat customers. I’m sure they will say it’s my fault but trust me there are 2 sides to every story.

Despite a crazy year filled with production and shipping delays, Steve Hauser went above and beyond to make sure we were able to take delivery of our Kawasaki Mule as soon as it arrived. He listened to our needs at the outset and suggested the Pro-MX EPS LE, which is what we purchased. There was no ridiculing us for originally considering the budget-friendly SX, nor was there any pressure to upsell us to a Pro-FXR. What resulted was a perfect vehicle recommendation that my entire family enjoys. Kudos to Stephanie in the Business Office as well for handling the paperwork in a relaxed and expedited manner. Horrible experience here had a youth ATV up there for over a year got it back once and paid for it and nothing got fixed, so took it back they apologized and said they’d get right on it. That was November. They’ve had it since last April. I just called and they said it still isn’t done lol! This will be the last thing I take to these people. This was after I spent 1,000 on my ranger. Never been treated so poorly as a customer.
