Everyone is usually pretty nice here. Except for today I had to call about a tire being put on a wheel. I started the call with the parts department and priced the tire. He had to transfer me to service for pricing on getting it put on the wheel. She then transferred me to parts again to get the cost of the whole wheel assembly as I wanted to ensure I was making the cheapest decision. Unfortunately the gentleman in the parts department was extremely rude about having to speak with me again and responded to my questions with snide comments. Again, I have had good experiences here with some of the employees, today was not one of those times.

They've made a life long customer out of me they have great prices and friendly helpful staff. I came in looking to buy a stihl chainsaw and was kind of in a rush I knocked on an office door and the fellow popped right up got me what I needed and taken care of right away, I later found out he owned the place. I went back yesterday and bought a leaf blower too, all and all it was a very enjoyable buying experience I'll be back for sure.

Exceptional service in the service shop they do good work. As well as parts department. One thing about Hillsboro Equipment, Owner Don was very friendly and most certainly helpful after our family a shed fire our family endured in which our 2 week old tracter burned to a crisp.(purchased from HE) Thay gave us a bigger tracter for several wks free of charge until another tracter was located. Give em a try!

Took our lawn mower to be repaired they had it for 3 weeks and did not find the problem mechanic told us that if they didn't fix it they thought we were going to buy a new lawn mower which is so untrue if they are mechanics for John Deere why does it take so long and why can't they find the problem even the sales manager asked us if they took care of us and we said no and nothing was said by him we were very unsatisfied by the service of this John Deere implement place the lawn mower is not that old of the mechanics said it was so frustrating to him that they couldn't find the problem it stalled for us 10 times in one day and when we talked to the mechanic he talked in circles hope all the rest of you have better service than we did
