Food was a-mazing! Traveling to Minocqua on a Friday we decided to take a turn at the rail road bridge. Well it was the best decision we made because it landed us at the Hazelhurst pub. The Caribbean chicken sandwich was da bomb. Service was amazing on top of that. Only down fall it’s a bar, it gets loud at time. But that’s what happens in a bar. Don’t know how the drinks were we didn’t drink but food and soda was perfect. Will keep coming back and telling friends.

Incredible fish fry! Visited on a snowmobiling trip last weekend and we made it a point to come back Saturday and tried out the burgers and cheese pizza dipper... all I can say is wow! That was just as tasty! Owners and bartenders seemed very nice also, our waitress Saturday sitting at the tables was incredible also! Highly recommend stopping here. Fair prices also!

Place is always packed. We finally stopped, and it didn't disappoint. We got there right at 11 am when they opened and were the only table. The server was very friendly and chatty as she took our order and worked through the dining room, getting everything cleaned and ready for the day.Fish fry was expensive at $18 but was a nice light, crispy batter that wasn't greasy. My wife had a bacon cheeseburger, and it was good! Solid tap beer selection!Overall, our bill with tip for lunch, 2 people, 2 entrées, 2 pints was $60. Everything was great, but due to the prices, we probably would not stop again. I realize it's the world we're living in though.

Great to visit Hazelhurst Pub for a bite to eat as we were heading out of town...food is always excellent and on this stop, Karen took great care of us. We started with some delicious Wisconsin cheese curds, fried to perfection. Next, I tried the Cuban and fries - the smoked pork was flavorful and tender. She tried the shrimp dinner and fries - again delicious. Thanks Karen for making our visit delicious and comfortable.

This place is not handicap friendly and is way over-rated on Google. There was nothing special about this place. They raised their prices by $5 on everything from a few months ago. The Friday night fish fry was overcooked, dried out and slim on the coleslaw and baked beans. The shrimp was overcooked and chewy. The chicken sandwich was bad too, with black fungus growing on the iceberg lettuce we took off to prevent getting sick (the cook served this to customers). We do not plan on returning here in the future, since there are a lot of better places to go for a fish fry in the area.Wheelchair accessibility: It was non-existent.

Dinner was delicious. I had gyro plate, hubby had chicken sandwich and Dad had a sausage pizza. Every was perfect. Our waitress Melissa worked her butt off place was swamped. She was still smiling as we left. She is a super hero for sure.

My favorite spot in the Northwoods. The owners are so kind and always treat us so good. The staff is amazing even when they are so busy. The food it better than normal bar food. I recommend the fish fry on Fridays, their pizza, and to be honest, any of their sandwiches. There isn't a bad thing on the menu.. They have some games which is great for the kids. Thank you Bill and Jen for making it a great place!

Food is normally really good but I drove for about 5 hours just for it to be closed on Mother’s Day at 1pm. No sign or anything saying they were closed. Whole family was very upset. I hope next time I go it’s open and give it another chance.

Should be a six star rating. Haha. You would think a little off highway pub would have good drinks OR good food. This place exceeds expectations in all categories. Fryer foods are cooked perfectly and oil is always fresh. Chicken smells like chicken and not fish. Curds smell like curds. Burgers and pizzas are excellent. Service is fantastic. High praises for the staff. Thank you.
