Absolutely no one there EVER SMILES! And they R constantly and consistently grumpy. No one is personable at all. The lady that waited on us today...she not only checked us out but helped with some produce problems, was down right rude. I noticed all this while we were there...but never said anything until my 21 yo son brought ALL THIS UP! He noticed it all as well. Then they advertised several items in their weekly sale flyer that we just couldn't find but indeed wanted...7 items actually. Finally asked. They NEVER got them in! OK...I can possibly see that happening...but 7 different items? And , if and when this happens, why not POST it somewhere in the store so consumers KNOW THIS?? So we aren't running all over the store looking for said items!! Especially for people like myself and older people. I need my 4th back surgery, a total left knee, both shoulders replaced as well as surgery on my right front pelvis for bone spurs. Running all over the store looking for these items actuallyended up hurting me a great deal. Plus their ad literally came out 2 days ago, and they were already also out of 5 other items that we wanted. They either need 2 limit the # of sale items that can be purchased at one time or get more of said items in! Their produce selection was ATROCIOUS! Literally every single quart of Strawberries had MULTIPLE molded Berries in them as well as quite a few with brown bruising on them! And tgey no longer sell any heat and serve dinner rolls, which I was extremely surprised about. A very disappointing trip to their establishment all around. But the rude, snotty, snooty, grumpy, growly, unapproachable looking help was by far the worst I've ever come across.

Was in there Thursday to go grocery shopping like I usually do. Most of the time workers are grumpy, but that doesn't bother me and they have ok sales. Karen was being very rude to someone on the phone. OMG, she is supposed to be the manager of the store and she acts like that. Wow! Disappointed in her being rude to customers in your store and on the phone. I wonder if they have a human resources department and if they care about customers? DON'T STOP HERE!!!I will go to Walmart, Kwik Trip, Eagle's, or Hy-Vee from now on! I would even go to Piggly Wiggly before I stop back there!Rude, rude, rude!
