The store is fine... the employees? Bathroom was out of toilet paper asked an employee if I should go get a package off the shelf she said maintenance wasn't here today it was Easter... she just walked away... useless

Less and less variety on the shelves. Hard to find help. Self check needs help. They want you to check yourself out but then come and watch you like you are stealing. I have had employees come and double check everything that i had already rang up and bagged when i was almost done cause they were busy talking and not doing their jobs. This has happened twice. And both times i had about $400 worth of items and a toddler. It was a waste of my time.

I have to say this is one of the better Walmart stores I have been in. It's clean, great prices, good selections and most importantly, the workers are friendly and courteous.

Prices keep jumping at record levels, since last time I bought toilet tissue a month ago, it is up $2.00 in that time frame. They have to have the thinnest bags in the country. Their produce is always on the way out when they stock it. We are limited on places to shop and Walmart gouges people on their prices.

I tried online shopping‼️👏👏👏 It worked out really really well. The website has color pictures of what I was ordering. Excellent job. And the little fun bag of goodies as your welcome bag was so fun to get. I've been struggling with our neighboring online shopping store and soooooo glad you finally started. So much easier!!!! Great. Even got a few others signed up 😉❤️❗

It's what you can expect from a small town Walmart. A bit smaller, so fewer options, but reasonable prices. Lots of carts full of boxes parked in the aisles tonight, making it a little difficult to navigate. Tired of having to scan my own groceries. This store is always crowded.

I go to walmart only to see no cashiers at registers??? So here i am going to self check out....only to scan, bag, and do everything a cashier does??? I think not where is my $17.00 an hour for bagging groceries. Edited: 10/22/2023, yet again 1 register open, no one to run registers? I have a handicap, self check out is no exception, I'm keeping it a 1 star. I DONT GET PAID TO BAG MY OWN GROCERIES, AND NO DISCOUNT!It remains a 1 star still. UPDATE:Hardly any change unless it's a holiday.... I'll give a 1.5?

Ah Superior WI. Offering you the chance to stroll through Walmart for all your shopping needs! (Literally there is no where else to shop). Here you'll get the perfect mixture of:1. rude customers who take up the entire isle with their cart and act like they don't see you try to squeeze on by. "Oop scuse me".2. the mean old lady who will plow right over you when she has all the room because you're invisible in Walmart land!Plus, as an added bonus, you get to experience-3. a ton of teenagers running around the store swearing and trying to look busy. No worries they just work here!4. the crabby elder employees who just got that sought after 10c raise looking at you like you just robbed the store right before their very eyes, sometimes they'll even gaurd the exit!Yes, Walmart, where the dumpster fire keeps getting bigger, everyone is throwing trash at it wondering why it won't go out? Hmmmmmm.🤔

Had all the essentials for being up north, plus all the staples needed to get through everyday life. It has a reserved staff, but they are efficient and they will answer any questions you may have. They have a big lot, and are located a little bit away from town, so the traffic isn't bad to get in and out.

Hands-down the most helpful and friendly Walmart I've been to. If the current help is seasonal, please keep them long-term.Every department was well-staffed. And everyone was SO helpful. They didn't even wait for me to ask questions. They asked me what they could help me find.

If you spot bees and wasps around your truck, don't think you sweet😉. It is probably radiator leak. Sweet taste and smel, if coolant attract them.Stop at store and get radiator leak stopper fluid!

Prepare to be disoriented in this Walmart. Since it is a smaller than average store, the layout is completely different from most. The checkout area is very cramped and gets backed up quite a bit during the tourist season. I feel bad for the employees who have to endure the chaos this store sees every day.

Little bit smaller than the usual Walmart super center. They don’t have much fresh bread, for example. Frozen food and fresh vegetable and deli are fine. Usually have what we need here for a camping or fishing trip.

Had everything we needed to grab, but store was way too busy for my liking. I felt like I was dodging people left and right the entire time. If you need something tho, it is a great place to stop cause they will more than likely have it.

This Walmart is ok. The only downside for me is that often when I have been there, the lines for checkout are absurdly long. I think they need more cashiers. Sometimes they shorten up fast though.There are often so many people in there. One lady pushed by me today and numerous people almost ran into me. It is not the fault of Walmart, though I wish the store was bigger. I am not super familiar with the Hayward area, but people are polite at the other Hayward grocery store.But this place has more sketchy characters and like another commenter said, I had to dodge people left and right. I don't know what is up with people in this area but at this store they are flying through the aisles left and right like maniacs and almost running into you constantly. It is intense and stressful.Besides that, they had incredible deals all over. I got stocked up on necessities that were $3 instead of $10-15. It was a first for me at any Walmart.So the sale items are great, but I was overwhelmed by the lines and the store was cramped feeling with so many people in it. So just be aware of busy times and go at other times if that bothets you too.

Never any registers open and expect you to check out your own stuff when you have two carts full and no where to put it on the small self checkout stands won’t even open a larger self check out for you if you ask actually had the staff return the 600$ in grocery items I had in my cart and went elsewhere to buy my supplies terrible customer service walmart

Your deli (the main reason I visit the store) is terrible. Maybe it’s the time of the day I visit, between 5&6 pm. Slicing machines are always dirty and customer service is Poor. Although I have complained to mgt before, no improvements made.

We had a very large order of groceries and the young man with the pink hair was masterful at helping us load our groceries. He was super efficient and helpful. Total asset to your store!

We have visited your store more this year than normal. And we are just amazed at how nice all your staff and employees are and how helpful. We normally shop the Rice Lake store and time after time they are rude and would rather not help the customer, so we just wanted you to know that we will be coming back to your more. Please tell your employees to keep it up it so nice to have nice people when shopping

Don't know how it got so bad. I don't like shopping at Walmart if I can help it to begin with. But this reminded me why you should shop local business as much as you can. The staff the tried to help were really genuinely helpful and I wish them the biggest thanks however we waited nearly an hour for assistance in the sporting goods section. We asked 3 associates multiple times for assistance and so do the other 4 people who were there waiting as well. Eventually we all left and we were not helped.

Hayward Walmart is a great store, most of the time. On my last visit, I waited 45 minutes in line. Clearly, people in front of me and behind were extremely frustrated. While waiting, I took my phone out, set timer for 1 minute. 1 cashier and 16 carts in line. The cashier scanned 10 items in 1 minute. Industry standards are far higher than that. Whoever was watching finally called for more help on registers. Borderline shameful for management! Again, it's a great store most of the time...
