Never have meds ready when supposed to be.tryed to file complaint with headquarters and just got hung up on .I was 100 percent happy at Walmart, however,Walgreens must be giving united healthcare care one hell of a kickback to tell their clients they have to go Walgreens.looking at the reviews, I'm not the only one. TOTALLY UNSATISFIED.

I try and try to pick up all my medications on same day to reduce the amount of times I need to drive from my house to pharmacy. Never fails. Prescriptions are always delayed, half filled, and filled at different times.

Sitting in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes with no one even acknowledging that I'm here. All in the mean time, I make eye contact with a young female tech who keeps grabbing onto the belt of the male pharmacist and cuddling up against him. Absolutely unprofessional and utterly pathetic customer service.

The pharmacy has gone down hill in the last year. The automated refill line (after you entered your prescription) puts you on hold and then no one picks up. You physically have to go there in person to refill. Then you're told it will be a few hours ( very inconvenient) . Fix your automated system before everyone switch’s pharmacy!

They have almost everything you need. If you need aspirin Tylenol or bandaids you can get the way cheaper at Essentia Pharmacy.

Absolutely the worst experience at the pharmacy. I had a sick toddler and was told by the hospital that this would be the most convenient pharmacy (I wasn’t from the area) since it had a drive thru. When I got to Walgreens 20mins later, they didn’t have the prescription and told me it could take up to 45mins for them to even get the prescription from the hospital. She told me I could call and check the status, so I didn’t have to wait around.I don’t live here so I had to stay in the area. 45 mins later, I tried calling and stayed on hold for 20mins. Finally I decided to take my sick toddler inside to check what the status was. They told me they had the prescription, but it wasn’t ready. When I asked how long it would take - they told me they didn’t know....I have been waiting nearly two hours at this point. They told me I could walk around the store and come back, but my son was screaming. I told them I would come back in 20 mins through the drive through.20 minutes later, I came through the drive thru. STILL not ready. Told me to come back in 15 minutes because she was just now working on it.My visit to urgent care was faster than picking up the prescription for my son. Worst experience I’ve ever had. If you know I’m stranded waiting...how do you not work on it right then and there, or Atleast give me a time to come back that it’ll be ready the first time I stopped by.

I enjoy coming here when Walmart is too packed. There is is also products here that are not in walmart. It is also just tad bit more pricier than things in Walmart. This store also has a nice and convenient drive through where you can get your prescriptions and other things.

I find the pharmacy people are rude. They act like they don't want to be there and then talk down about the customers.Need to find people who will give proper customer service.

Charged my nephew 489.00 for a drug Walmart sells for 24.00. Told them that it was too bad and nothing would be done about it. Stay as far away from Walgreen's as possible. Price gougers who take advantage of the poor. Knowing he did not have insurance, why didn't they direct him to Walmart where they KNEW it was 24.00????????

This place is the best place for beauty products and cosmetics. If they don't have it nobody does. ATM is available and they have a pharmacy the staff is usually very nice and helpful.

Apparently appointments are only made for the benefit of the person making the appointment, and no one else inside the pharmacy knows what the hell is going on.
