I love coming in here even to browse. The staff is so friendly and informative. They have a great selection of just about everything and it’s set up so clean and inviting.They gave me a free sample of sleep gummies to try before buying a whole container.The vibes in here are unmatched compared to any vape shop I’ve been too! 💯Last time I went in they had someone blowing glass and it was pretty cool to see it in person😊

This place has taken care of me for the past year and everytime I walk in I am greeted with smiles and fun conversations. Hayward needs more local businesses like this that genuinely care about its customers.

Love the CBD. It has incredible pain management properties. Downside, your urine will test positive for THC. Speak to your physician regarding wanting to start taking this product. Also start at a lower dose first. CBD has helped me unwind from stressful days at the office. Plus the crew who work and those who own the place are really good people. Shout out to Emmett! If I could give 100 stars I would! Best Vape shop I've ever been in! The customer service is absolutely superb! In a small town, customer service goes a very very long way and I'd have to say NVE has the best customer service of any local business in town! Justin is extremely helpful and knowledgeable with products and is very attentive to his customers needs and wants! Nathan is beyond polite, he will listen to every question or concern and assist in any way possible! They will even sit down with you and teach you everything you need to know about the product you are purchasing, as if they are learning with you. I do my purchasing based on customer service, and NVE will never lose me as a customer!

Definitely the best head shop in the area. They are friendly, approachable and knowledgeable, I had some questions regarding CBD which they answered. Then after seeing their hand blown glass I had to buy one.
