I do not want to discourage donating. I think it's a wonderful thing, however I had a bad experience at the SA in Hayward, Wisconsin. As I backed up to their loading area with my donations, employees started going through my items and putting them in their vehicles. It made me sick. I have more things to donate but I need assurances that the items will go to the people who need it most. Unfortunately, the SA is really the only option in this area.

Used to go here with the kids - they liked to run around and look for toys, clothes, or whatever. Yeah sure, they really did not need whatever it was they were buying, they were happy for a while and when they forgot about the stuff I did not feel bad about tossing it - it’s just a donation to a worthy cause: Salvation Army.Actually got a number of tools and kitchen gadgets for the cabin here. They have everything from golf clubs to garden tools. One thing they do not have is free WiFi.

Big selection, good parking, staff ok, some prices good, some prices really high like ebay and antique store high! Some smelly stained clothing here. Those are 45 records in the pics

Wonderful thrift store-great prices, clean, well-stocked with friendly staff. Picked up many items (glass jars, plates, baskets, etc.) to upcycle for our craft shop and our friends found several books and puzzles. We will definitely come back next time we are in Hayward!

I usually find at least one treasure every trip. Nicely displayed. Clean. Toys, games, clothes, purses, jewelry, kitchen utensils, dishes, pots, pans, small appliances, couches, chairs, lamps, pictures, small electronics, books, movies, knick knacks and more

The store is nice and the people are super friendly. Not many clothed but plenty of dishes ,furniture, scarves, .We just donated some things and bought a few mugs for our cabin up here. Everyone is so friendly!

The prices have gone up since the relocation of the store and the new parking lot feels a little cramped. Some of the staff members are extremely irritable but most are more then friendly. The bag sale on the clothes are wonderful but the furniture tends to be in the triple digits.

The Salvation Army usually has a variety of different things. Furniture,kitchen wares,household items,ect. But it really depends on your timing. The inventory grows from Memorial Day to Labor Day, and dwindles down afterwards. The store is clean and well organized.

This place is very helpful. People can either stop here and look for clothes that they may need or they may stop in and donate some old clothes that they are no longer using. They don't only have clothes here they have all sorts of things to browse through so if you have the time in the day to stop in go check it out.

Most of the time most of the stuff is great and reasonably priced! Inventory varies.Staff is always nice.We go back all the time just to see what might be there.

Great resale shop! One side of the shop has household items, clothing, toys, games and books. The other half of the store house furniture and outdoor equipment. Staff is always friendly too.

Mostly friendly staff, a couple shouldn't be in customer service with their attitudes, but they were helpful. Good prices and fair quality. Nice variety.

Prices are getting a bit overboard $$$$. Some ladies don't know how to use the cash register, overcharging or adding extra charges that wasn't there to purchase. Overall, good place to shop for now.

This is the best thrift store I have ever been to. Prices are awesome and there is always tons of new items. Nice stuff too. I love this place.

I tried calling all day to confirm that I could donate two beds, sheets and two mattresses. Nobody answers the phone and the message says the mailbox is too full to leave a message. The website says it accepts beds and mattresses and lists donation values. When we arrived there was a sign that said “not accepting clothing today” and they said they wouldn’t take the beds or mattresses. Beware that you could be wasting your time even if you’re trying to donate items they list as accepting.

Not sure why the ratings are so high. This place was the worst thrift store I have ever been to, and I'm an avid thrifter. Hope someone can take it over and give it some life!
