Love the place, love the staff, and they love my dogs.I bring my two boys every 6 weeks, and they do a phenomenal job, always smell good, clean, and they give them new accessories every month!The staff is super friendly, they socalize your dogs, give them lots of love and treats, and our boys love going there.

We have had our mastiff mix there twice now. Everyone is very friendly, and you can tell they care about each pet that comes in the door. They did a great job! Will definitely return, and recommend to others!

Sheila and her staff are AMAZING and always incredibly kind and accommodating. We come from 2 hours away and do groomings every 3 months or so for our beloved Corgi. Will continue coming back here as long as we can!

Been going to puppy love for over 10 yrs, Sheila,Hailey,and staff have been so great with our first 3 poms and our now 4 newer poms.We moved to Rice Lake 4 yrs ago and I refuse to take my kids anywhere else. They do such an amazing job,and all you have to do is mention going to see Sheila or Hailey and they go bananas. Thank you so much h ladies. My dogs try to bite me when I groom them, but when I take them to Puppy Love they just let the grooming commence. I've asked what magic they use, but they swear it's just professional prowess. Whatever it is, I couldn't do without them.

Z and Bay hate having their feet touched. We take them there and they can get their nails cut with no problems. Bay even stopped having accidents on them (lol)like she did the first few times. Sorry about that. That alone says alot. I love ❤️ them. They are so good with them. Patience and gentle and even remembered their names.WE LOVE YOU PUPPY LOVE

Got my dogs in same day they were a little wet no worries but they r good to them and I'm happy with everything wish I could get a discount on my 3rd dog wonder if that could happen..$110 dollars for 2 dogs nils n bath is good I think but 3rd dog? But they r good to them

Puppy Love does a great job with giving our girl, Lacie, her fur cuts. This last time they did absolutely amazing. She came out looking super adorable! It makes me just want to squeeze her! Prices are great, they talked with me about how I want her cut, and gave me the idea of going online to get more ideas on how I can get her cut. We'll be taking Lacie here for years to come!

This place was so wonderful to my dog! No waiting time and I got exactly what I had requested and more! My dog looks beautiful and is so soft even days later. Unlike other places, they don't keep your dog alone in a kennel, but instead let them roam about the shop, which was very clean and well maintained. So upon entering you're greeted with lots of wagging tails. She was treated like family with love and care. Will be going back soon.

I'd never take my dogs to anyone but Sheila and her daughter Hailey. I have a Great Pyrenees German Shepard mix who's 165 pounds of fur and she groom's him once a month to keep his undercoat under control and keeps him comfortable. He looks absolutely beautiful everytime ♥️

We needed an urgent grooming on an Australian Shepherd that had been a loyal companion to someone who had been ill and in decline… the dog had some long neglected grooming needs! Hailey and the team at Puppy Love got us in quickly, and the results: a very happy, shiny and beautiful dog! We are so grateful to Puppy Love for seeing a need and squeezing us in. Staff was friendly but very disappointed to walk in and see no staff with a mask. They did an ok job on the grooming but when I got home I noticed my dog was bleeding. They cut one of the nails too short. I am sure this was painful for my dog and they had to know they did it. Disappointed that they didn’t tell me about this. I can understand accidents can happen but not to reveal this is unprofessional

Needed to get our daisy's nails clipped. Got here after 4. They got her in nails clipped and we were on our way no more than 10 minutes. Do partly to good conversation. And amazing work. Thanks again we will be back.
