Good place for quality pet foods. It has grooming and day care services, which is nice since I am from North of Hayward. I can drop the dogs off for grooming then do all shopping without leaving them in the car. They are more expensive than a typical pet shop but their products are higher end. Their daycare has an outdoor area for exercise so the dogs won't be bored. The dogs enjoy the time there.

Not friendly at all. Low stock on product. Beautiful cat that is very friendly and chatty. Of course I see the signs to not pet the cat after doing so. Perhaps keep the cat out of the store if you’re so concerned about Coronavirus. I have been wearing a mask, out and about in stores everywhere. Never have I been to such an unprofessional spot. This is not like a Chuck N Don’s pet store where you feel welcome and they have plenty of stock. I shouldn’t have purchased anything here with the lack of friendliness. Don’t waste your time here. Order in pet food you need or find another pet store.

Candy was WONDERFUL!!! She made my puppy Scheels so fat is it was amazing she also taught me many things about my dog breed that I didn't know. I highly recommend I highly recommend going to co op Feed Mill not just for grooming but for any pet products and needs
