Paid nearly 6 dollars for a bacon egg biscuit no sides or beverages staff didn't seem engaged with customers I didn't stay in cause there was plenty of dirty tables wasn't very busy at all around 9.30am either they were short staffed or just didn't care only 2 customers In the lobby area could have listened to a drive thru order while quickly wiping the tables off overall not impressed but what do you expect from a run of the mill chain restaurant anyway definitely wasn't expecting a 6 dollar bill next time I'm going to kwik trip cheaper anyway

This was good the workers were nice like always but what I don't understand is every time I ask for extra pickles I get only 3 I tell them I'll pay a little more for them but they tell me there's a button for it so i do pay more but get 3 what do I have to do or say to get more pickles on my sandwich it's either the business or the people don't care I don't want to walk back in because of the pickles it should be done. I'm thinking I should try to sell burgers that I could make it would look better then this sad

Lady in drive thru was friendly. We had to pull over and wait for our order. It wasn't very long, but for a basic order with no special requests it seemed like too long. Update: this second visit was a disaster! They blocked off some of the curbside pick up spots so the parking lot was a mess. The curbside pick up sign was stuck in the ground pointing in the wrong direction causing confusion. I understand that this is a busy Labor Day weekend, but that should come as no surprise. Placing signs and cones more strategically would have made a big difference.

Waited in drive thru for 10 min for 2 double qtr pounders.Get our food and they keyed in the wrong items. Went back in the counter, no apology nor did they make an effort to make their mistake right.Bad service. Would not recommend.

The food is average like any McDonald's. However the people who have been working there are absolutely trashy. They wonder why nobody wants to work for them and the people who do are teenagers with very poor customer service skills and rude attitudes. There is always a huge line at this McDonald's though, don't be surprised if the line of cars bleeds out into main Street and you can't go anywhere because there is a car blocking the intersection since they want a Big Mac.

Slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. The owner and manager should be ashamed to provide service that slow. There were several people working, but a couple weren't really doing anything. Only one person was preparing the sandwiches - poor planning. One other patron commented to me that they aren't any faster thus year. I started in the drive-through line, but that was taking too long, so I went inside - still slow. I thought this was supposed to be fast food.

We went inside to eat since we had a little one. No one would acknowledge us or even help us with the kiosks to order food. We had to ask the person who was cleaning the lobby to get someone or help. Finally a girl who was clearly punched out for the day to help us. We overheard one of the workers say, it's not that hard. It is when we asked what the code was to finish order. All we got was this one is working. We will never be back to this McDonald's. So unfriendly and ended up at Dairy Queen for the remainder of what we wanted to order. Food was ok and cold.

The burgers are not burgers. I don't know what they're serving, but it was the most disgusting thing I've ever eaten. The texture was wrong, there was no taste- didn't even have a "beef" taste, and the fries were off - maybe they finally changed the oil. We all ended up sick afterward. The service is always bad, and nobody there knows how to speak to another person. They stick your bag out the window and just say, "Fries". After 45 years of eating McDonald's, I can honestly say I'll never eat at another one again.

I’ve pretty much given up on this McDonald’s. They can’t seem to land the cheese on a burger or fish sandwich to save their lives. My last visit, the french fries were thrown sideways in the bag. Latest Big Mac was cold and the sauce was all over the outside of the wrapper. If I had a clean free hand I might have gotten a picture.I’ve tried ordering on the app and then the restaurant charges me more than the app shows somehow. Manager had to correct it. McDonald’s online customer service never even responded to one similar incident.A little more quality control and supervision would probably go a long way. I truly want you to succeed. You’re one of the few fast food places we have left in town. But as of right now the frustration created every time I visit isn’t worth the bother. Especially since Kwik Trip now puts out a few good sandwiches, and they always land the cheese in its proper place. Maybe I’ll try again in the spring.

This is one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. Many of the employees are surly. Some are kind and respectful but that is not the norm. The dining room is usually a mess or closed. You never know if the dining room will be open or not. You just get to be annoyed by trying to open a locked door and then you get to read a tiny sign that says the dinning room is closed due to staffing issues. They have an electronic sign that you can see from the road put a note up there about the lobby being closed or don't let people say pick up inside on the app, there are a lot of options for communicating that the lobby in addition to putting a sign on the door. The food is mediocre. The service ranges from excellent with a couple of key employees to abysmal with nothing in-between. The bathroom is tiny and the baby changing table is right next to the door and blocks one of the stalls. The door bumps it when people come in. The fireplace place is nice but that's the main perk. In Hayward our fast food options are MC Donald's, Kwik Trip, Subway, and DQ (not fast). If we got a Culver's, a Wendy's, or a Burger King this terrible excuse for a MC Donald's would be out of business.

McDonalds in Hayward is absolutely the best McDonalds we've ever been to. No matter what day or time we go there, the burgers are always hot and juicy, and the fries are always done to perfection! The place is also very clean and inviting. We don't frequent the McDonalds in Ashland anymore because that place is a disaster...the complete opposite of Hayward.

This is probably the worst restaurant in the area. Tonight took the cake. I waited in the drive-through for almost 40 minutes, paid $19 dollars and the forgot half of my order! Which, of course, I didn't notice until I was 45 minutes away. They are constantly screwing up orders and extremely slow. It's slow and stupid day everyday there I think.

Every Monday for 3 weeks have stopped in and every Monday get the same order and every Monday they mess up the order!!!!! I knowwww times are tough in the restaurant business but seriously are you or your people that dumb you can’t read a ticket?? Manager should be checking orders before they get put into bags and given at drivethru it’s a flipping joke!!!! Wasn’t here for a year came back to same stupidity!!! All about the money and f… the customers. I’m done won’t be back . Unfortunately that doesn’t mean anything to you because it’s a franchise unfortunately if it was a restaurant locally owned people would not come in but because it’s a million dollar operation they just don’t give a dam!!!!

It was about 7:30ish pm. It took 15 mins to get through the drive through , there was only 2 cars. Food was cold and our cups were covered in soda. I asked if they'd wipe them off and all they did was hand me napkins. Don't hand wet cups to customers, we don't want a mess in our vehicles!!

The updates really make this McDonald's a sharp place to eat at. However the staff was moving extremely slow and didn't even call my number when the bag of my food was sitting on the counter. There are other people experiencing the same thing and I had to wait and ask employee what the numbers were on the bags in order to figure out whose food was what. Also the whole kiosk thing has kind of removed the personal level of experience.

Service was just ok. Store was dirty, floors, kitchen, and all the tables dirty. I work for McDonalds in this area and was ashamedMy store has been this bad, maybe worse even with the general manager running the shift. McDonalds has major issues with no structure. Employees do just what they want. Come and go as they please. These same employees are promoted to shift managers. The pool you choose from is tainted. No way to run a business. Being the only Mc'Ds in the area its okay drive through moved as expected slow but never at a halt. Food wad adequate except for the hashbrowns! They were awful its like some one left them out over night and then fried them 3x! It was as if I was eating oil with a potato sauce 🤢

I have mixed feelings about my customer service experience. I had some initial issues with the kiosk and the worker that helped me was pretty rude. However, when there were issues with the order being incorrect (because of the kiosk issues), the manager was very helpful and turned my poor experience around.
