Second time I have tried here in the last two months. Hoped the first time was an off night. It was not. Same 4 piece chicken strip meal, same sad warmish soggy fries stacked on top of soft yet rubbery and dry “toast”. All for the low low price of $10.75. Without a drink. Service was fine, food was not. It won’t let me use half a star or zero stars for food which is also sad.

This DQ went from the best to the worst. This is the third time. 3 strikes, your out. This is what we received. I meal, Dilly Bars and 3 drinks $42.00. I hope someone else enjoyed my Mother's Day gift. Enough is enough. Get your staff under control. Never again.

Boyfriend and I saw they had shrimp baskets, and decided to order 2 of those for lunch instead of chicken strip baskets like we usually get. The very first thing we asked is if they had tartar sauce for the shrimp before we ordered, to which we were told yes. We get our lunches, continue on our roadtrip, then see we both were given cocktail sauce with our meals. They couldn't even get the condiment right when it was the first thing we asked. Won't be stopping back on any future trips through the area.

Not sure what’s going on with the serving sizes at this Dairy Queen, but the sundaes definitely used to be more than two tablespoons of ice cream. This is fresh from the drive thru, and the curl on top didn’t even reach the rim of the bottom cup. Pretty disappointing if you ask me. Can’t expect business to stick around if you stick it to your customers like this.

The service was very slow. We waited over a half an hour. We all felt we would have dined at someplace else if we only had known there would be long wait times. One customer tried walking off with my blizzard. No organization. Too many people waiting around the lobby area. Too condensed. My daughter food order was ALL wrong. Everything!!

Was disappointed. I love DQ. The owner is great. Today was a flop. I ordered my food. Had to pull to the front doors to wait for it. Already had my drink. A young lady brings out my food and apologized for the wait and heads back in. I had to yell at her and ask her where the rest of my food was. I only had half of it. When she brings it out I decided to eat it there. The burger was lukewarm. Almost cold. It surprised me. This was a first for bad food and service. Sorry but even for a bad day?

This drive through only is not working for you DQ. The dining room is closed so we had to wait in a long drive through line. Gave me a small blizzard though I ordered a mini...I repeated it twice even. We got to the window and asked the worker for ketchup. He said he would put it in the bag. Did he do that? No. Also did not give us a straw for our beverage. Of course the line was too long for us to drive around and ask for these items. If you are only going to operate the drive through, then you better be good at it. The only positives about this experience was that the food was hot and the worker was polite. Not sure if I would return.

Kid taking the order was kinda friendly. Few options for a quick bite on a road trip. Tiny restaurant, dirty tables, food unappealing and unappetizing. 2 adults and2 kids and neither of us finished meals before tossing and leaving.

Pretty dissapointed. Ordered our food and pulled up to the window where a girl with red hair in braids was working. She opened the door and handed us our drink and one food item, she did not smile nor give any type of greeting or explanation that the rest of the food would come out shortly. She just turned around and gave us her back. We waited a good 5 minutes before receiving our burger and, once again, no smile or explanation on wait. We pulled out and went right into a deep pothole that is unavoidable in the drive thru. When I went to eat my chicken tenders, the ranch cup was barely half full and did not last for all the tenders. Just overall dissapointed.

I just wanted to comment on how well the sandwiches were made today. Normally when we go through drive thru the burgers are over sauced and messy but today the staff working made them perfect! Just wanted to give a shout out to the Sunday staff at the Hayward DQ!

Going to DQ is great whenever the drive thru line isn't five to thirteen cars long. It happens quite often, especially in the summer when folks are getting ice cream. I enjoy a good dilly bar, blizzard, and sundae from time to time, but I usually get some their burgers, fries, onion rings, and sandwiches. It's a good treat to get, but it has become a little more difficult to get with the long lines. There are also some early closings on some days.

40 minutes in the drive-thru. We were being patient figuring it was a low staff situation like many other places until we got to the window and saw the only person even partially working was the cashier. There were four people cleaning equipment preparing for closing. When we finally got our food it was all cold. Worse yet is there were still over 10 cars behind us in the drive-thru. I would highly recommend people avoid this restaurant!

I have always had good experiences at this DQ and I always leave satisfied! Gets pretty chaotic during the summer as far as waiting in line for drive through but it's a tourist town that's pretty common. The staff do the best they can and they always have smiles on their faces!

The owners are wonderful and work their tail off every day for so many hours! Also, they’re staff, most are teens and young adults and ever single one of them is always so pleasant and polite and personable! Hats off to them and their staff!!

The app is going to be your best friend during rush times. Please use it to have you order brought out to you so you are not causing congestion with the drive thru line backing up into the main thruway.

Terrible service and beyond rude. The drive thru took a ridiculous amount of time and by the time I got up to the screen to order after waiting in line for 10 minutes it hit 9 o'clock and they closed the drive thru and wouldn't let me order. Whoever is running this place needs to start dropping the dead weight and start hiring employees that actually work and care about customer service.
