Because the battery in my key fob was low, it allowed my doors to lock with the fob inside 😱Thankfully Charlie saved me. I was in Hayward shopping. He arrived within 15 minutes of me calling. Very professional. Cargo van with company name on it so easy to identify. He got my door open quickly- fee was about $50. For 5 additional dollars he replaced the battery in my fob for me!Never fun to have this happen but Charlie made it tolerable.

Promptly came to my house on Christmas eve to open my truck that had a dead battery and keys locked inside. Cash, check, card. 24/7 it was $75 which covered the milage and service.

I was visiting from out of town and unfortunately lost my keys. I am not sure how it happened or where they went but they were gone. I looked everywhere and tore the house apart but had no luck. I was panicking as I had to leave by Wednesday to get home. It was also labor day which added more stress as most businesses were closed. I received advice to try a locksmith so I saw Charlie's and noticed they did emergency calls. I was thrilled when he answered my call. I explained my situation and Charlie was able to come out the next day. He showed up right on time and got to work. He was finished within 15 minutes. He was quick, efficient and professional. If it wasn't for Charlie, I would have had to leave my car and return 3 weeks later to grab it which would have been a bigger hassle than losing the keys themselves. His price was reasonable for my situation. It would have been just as much at Ford to replace them and I would have had to tow my car there to get it done. Worth paying for the convenience. Thank you again Charlie for saving the day and getting me home. Your service is much appreciated.

Had an elderly neighbor come to my house because they were locked out and in need of a locksmith. I called Charlie who was 1.5 hours away, and explained the situation. He didn't hesitate and told me he would be over.Top notch service. There isn't a better locksmith around.

He advertises that his business is open 24 hours. I called at 6:30 a.m. after my toddler accidently locked himself in the car – what I would consider an emergency. He called back two hours later, berating me for waking him up. We were able to find someone else to come immediately and he basically implied even calling him was a waste of his time. Awful service!

Came to a remote Bayfield Co address at 11pm. VERY knowledgeable about issues with Honda keys stuck in ignition. Disassembled steering wheel, and completely re keyed ignition. VERY reasonable price and insurance is reimbursing me! Very understanding, courteous and went way out of their way to help me. Highly recommend!
