This grocery store is a step back in time, in the best way. I've been in this store when ever in the area since a kid growing up and yes it is not the same as back in the day. It is awesome that it still exists to serve the small town of Haugen, Wisconsin. Great people who run this establishment. Support this store to keep the history going. Love it!

I really appreciate that there is still such a nice store near Bear Lake. Jim was always very kind to us, and Yvonne is doing a great job keeping the store going. It's wonderful to be able to stop in for a cold drink on a hot day and to get the paper and groceries without going in to Rice Lake.

You can get a warm hoddie because you forgot to pack one.great local foods.an real conversation with the owner. Oh there are old books fun glassware etc. Stop by for a treasure or 2.

Very friendly and accommodating staff! I needed to use the bathroom and they allowed me to use the employee one! Not a wide range of selection on groceries but priced fair.
