All the store associates are really nice. I downloaded the Dollar General app and both times I've come to this Dollar General they cut me off in the middle of putting in my number so I have not been able to use my coupons yet off the app. This has happened two times maybe give the customer a little bit of time to push in the number or ask them if they're pushing in a number for the app.

It is nice to have a store in Hatley, and though prices are high, Dollar General is good to have. Staff are nice and hours work good. The store is clean almost always!

Customer service is lacking. Nothing above and beyond to make your visit feel pleasant or even feel actually welcomed. Cashier today was not very helpful, giving me wrong answers just because she didn't want to help me. Little did she know, I already knew exactly what I was talking about, being a daily DG shopper and DG app holder.

Very convenient, prices for the most part are ok, some items, like dry good grocery, are ok... dairy products are a little on the high side, but you're paying for the convenience, the whole purpose of the store

My favorite place for cheap art supplies. The gel pens and markers here sometimes work better and last longer than the expensive ones at the craft stores.
