I called last-minute for a custom flower order. The woman in the flower department was so kind and understanding. I picked up the order the next morning, and it was perfect. Thank you, Sendiks, for doing what no other store was willing to do in that short amount of time!

I have shopped here for years. It’s in decline, and I’m not the only person in my group of lake country residents who are talking about it. Produce is sketchy at best. One guy in the butcher department is great, but mainly they are pissed off and rude.when asked to cut something to order. Deli department is barely staffed, and those that work there are painfully slow. Just say in line for 14 minutes watching some guy cut half a pound of turkey for a customer. We were all laughing how slow it was.Bottom line. The management doesn’t care when u tell them the issues. I did today and something incomprehensible came out of her mouth.Will be shopping at sentry in Delafield exclusively now.

Overall, nothing "bad". I feel that the lighting was strange and cave-like because of using spot lights, high intensity LED, with dark walls.Some selection of items better than average. Some lesser. Pricing seems a wee bit high in dairy area. Meat and deli was good on sale items.Quiet and clean.

I go to sendix between Waukesha and heartland often and I can't believe how disappointed I am with the heartland store. Just in the last two months or about. I've been in there seven different times at the salad bar way too often. In fact, almost every time they hardly have any of the fresh fruit cut up. Definitely not even enough to fill a container and not one time. Have I gone in there and found thousand Island dressing not one time?. Also I know they sell cold meatloaf but I can't ever buy it because they cover it in ketchup which is something I have never seen or eaten in my entire life because it is disgusting in fact, I personally know an awful lot of people and I've never known any person ever to catch up on meatloaf

We normally like sendiks because there are some unique specialty items. However, four times this year we have purchased items that were rotten or expired. Most recently on two separate trips I purchased anchovies that were rotten and some fresh pasta that had mold on it. When my wife went to replace the pasta, almost all of the same item had visible mold on it in the case. I don't know if they are mishandling these items but they are going to hurt someone if they continue to sell rotten food. We have not had these issues at other grocery stores.

What a pleasure to walk into this personalized Sendiks. Keeping up with their story in Wisconsin, they never give you a box-store feeling. So much variety topped with outstanding product quality and range. Fresh produce, meats and breads (including Breadsmiths), fruits and juices, dairy and cheese and choice wines that Never disappoint! This one has a small but elegant section for home decor as well.The civility and courtesy from staff remains exceptional. Way to go!

I was disappointed with this location. I bought pistachio muffins, and there were no nuts whatsoever in them. I also bought a quart of their fresh squeezed orange juice but it wasn't so fresh and tasted tangy like it was already going bad and this was the very night I bought it.

I frequent hot bars and salad bars often for a healthier lunch alternative and I drive a little further to come to this Sendik’s because they usually have great options. Friendly staff and clean environment. I wish they would rotate and have some different options now and then but overall it’s great.

Excellent fresh sushi and ready-to-eat lunch items, like beef tips. Best meat department in town. Freshest produce ever. Extremely polite and helpful staff. Sendik's might be pricey, but you get to shop in a classy atmosphere with a hint of old-school feel. It's worth it for the environment and experience.

Prices are higher than most grocery stores; but quality is also much higher. I have to carefully inspect items I purchase at other markets in the area for expiration dates, mold, etc and I don't have to worry about that here (this is starting to change, recently brought home some best by 4 months ago product). Great selection and the store is always spotless. Recently renovated to provide more freezer and produce space. Awesome

This grocery store is super nice, a bit more on the expensive side, but it's worth the money. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially in the butcher Department. We love the selection of meats they have and everything looks very fresh. A bit on the higher price the end, but they also carry way better quality their cheese selection is extremely absolutely amazing, with dozens and dozens of high-quality Wisconsin cheeses. Definitely shop there again

This is such a nice store. Lots of pre-made food for busy people great produce decent selection in the middle isles. I just feel like I'm getting charged an affluence tax whenever I shop here. Some things are like 50% more than at pick n save or whatever they're calling it these days. 5 stars if they'd bring their prices in line with other local groceries.

Newly remodeled, so it is more spacious. Very nice produce department. High quality merchandise. Well stocked. Many choices in the bakery and deli sections. Somewhat more expensive than other food stores in the area. I like the easy take out items for quick meals. Large parking lot. Close to home.

I understand ever business is having difficulty hiring. It was a slightly busy weekend evening time at the store and there was one gal for the entire deli area. I did have to wait a while, but she was polite and kept her cool. That impressed me! Check out was good too.

I love their home section. Always something unique. Always! Items are beautifully displayed. Their meat dept and bakery are second to none. The center deli area will delight and tempt you. Even their liquor dept always has my much sought after Cassis - which is so hard to find elsewhere. Yes, this store is pricey but everything is fresh and top quality. They carry take out fish fries on Fridays- which I have never had- but have heard they are meh. I'll judge for myself one of these days. For me, Sendiks is a store I occasionally shop at. It's not a place I would bulk up with my weekly grocery shopping. But I love coming here...it's like an event to go to Sendiks! PS...they have the best and freshest bruschetta around!!!

Sendiks is my go-to for meat/fish and fruit and veggies. Always fresh and beautiful and the meats are cut by the butchers in the back room or will cut to order. A wide selection of cheeses and bread products round out my favorite foods. Service, whether at the deli, bakery, checkout or elsewhere is always friendly and helpful.
