BEST PLACE EVER!!!! The workers are AMAZING and knowledgeable. I have very picky eaters and they have done everything to help me to get them eating. They have contacted a distributor to report an issue with a product (it was a food product) as soon as I told them about it. Several of the foods are cheaper than Pet Co and other stores. They stay current on the food recalls and only sell quality products. This is a store you go to if you want quality. They have a frequent shopper program they will randomly produce coupons. They also take great care of their pets and know their breeders. I LOVE this place!!!!!  OHhhhhhh also I bought a betta fish here and it lived a very long time! I was shocked. Just bought a new one its BEAUTIFUL. I am so happy and excited. I have posted some pictures from animals they have had (I go to this place a lot these are pics from UP TO a year ago some current)

Good, but they didn't have what I usually get, so tried a different brand. Also, if you use a debit or credit card, they charge a 3% processing fee.

This place is amazing! The gentleman that was working was so nice and explained how to use the pet wash and came to check on us. Love that they offer pup spray for you to use after. Will definitely be back! So easy and convenient.

Just brought home a puppy last week she is the most well adjusted dog I've ever met smart loyal loving and just plain good not to mention shes so smart she asks to go outside already at 10 weeks! Get your bernedoodle here(can we call them Mountain Doo's?)! I've had a few dogs and met a lot couldnt be happier shes my lassie and I'm her Timmy what a classic good dog. vet complimented her personality and literally every person that met her I cant even believe she exists and shes mine!

I enjoy shopping at my locally owned pet food store. I have been buying all of my cats food, toys and treats here for years. The staff is fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable. My kids like going in on the weekends to see the puppies from Ma, Paws, & Me Pet Rescue, Inc.

Absolutely amazing place! Excellent customer service. We accidentally got charged for something we didn't purchase and Brandon was so apologetic and fixed it right away! They also have an amazing selection of toys, food, treats, etc! One of the best pet stores in Wisconsin. We live 1.5 hours away, but cannot wait to come back!

Everyone who works here is amazing! We have purchased animals from them as well as treats, toys and food. Why I go here? They are SO knowledgeable. I feel so comfortable knowing that they have a lot of knowledge on animals and products. Great product selection and I've NEVER been disappointed - EVER! Love having LC Pets in our community!

Every time I go into LC Pets for my cats Fifa and Pele', Mr. Andersen the owner, gives me a free peacock feather for them to play with. Pele' destroys it and plays for weeks with this thing that doesn't even look anything close to a feather anymore. I was telling him this weekend that my Pele loves empty boxes. This weekend he gave me a feather and an empty box. And guess what? Pele is sleeping in it already. Just like when I was little my dad would bring home an empty big screen TV box. It was my bed and fort for months. My dad taught me in 7th grade when I started my DJ business for grade schools that services was everything. He was right. Thank you LC pets, especially Mr. Andersen, for not only the quality products but for your awesome service to my cats and family. I'll send you a picture of Pele sleeping in the box you gave me. Absolutely love LC pets! They genuinely care about the quality products for all pet needs. Our dog used to be on Blue Buffalo and Sam informed us they were going into mass production and was no longer a quality food to be feeding our golden doodle. I was so grateful as our dog is our family. We love that they know us and our dog, that is going above customer service. Will never shop at a big box store pet food supply chain again.

Owner of the shop is very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing. I also like that there aren't any puppies or kitties in the pens right now so people can't just buy them for quarantine just because they're bored and at home. Shop has excellent selections of high quality products fit for all animals! So if you don't like their prices, go somewhere else. This is my favorite shop around!!

By far and away my favorite pet store. I bought my beloved cat there after it was saved from a sealed container in a garbage bin. The staff is so kind and knowledgeable. They have all the toys and treats we need for our dogs and cats. Highly recommend them!

My son used to love just coming in to see what they had and look at the animals. We'd get a toy for the cat, etc. But now that we'll be getting a dog, we're happy to know where to go! Love the freedom of choices we have to shop where and how we want! P.a. get some ice cream next door on the way out! Win-win!

Used to shop here exclusively. Prices are fine but a little high. Owner of the store likes to make political statements on store receipts now apparently. I don’t feel welcome here.During covid there was a sign on the door that said “masks optional if you don’t like it go to petco” so that’s what we do now. I would rather shop local and support the local economy but not when my money isn’t wanted.

I have been buying dog food at LLC pets for forever.I bought a dog from there when they still sold dogs. My kids have convinced me to buy multiple species of furry rodents there through the years. Great store, good employees. Needs to start selling dogs again though

Troy (owner) is friendly and very knowledgeable about all the pet supplies they sell. Wide variety as well. Today we used for the first time, the dog wash station he had installed. It went very well. Our dog is a nervous giant but did good. At $15 for a wash, it was more than enough time and well worth the money. Troy walked us thru it and help get the oaf into the wash basin because he was afraid to jump in. He's all dry now and his coat is noticably better. I will be going back. I believe there is a buy ten washs get two free as well! Check it out, you won't be disappointed

We absolutely love this store, and will never buy our premium dog food and treats from anywhere else - the owners are super friendly and knowledgeable about our pet’s care needs and they take time to make sure we are getting the right things! Excellent local business!!
