Terrible return policy and it's not posted so for someone who tried to patronize a local establishment...I will never go back. Purchased a kennel for my dog...tried to return it for a refund less than 36 hours later (still in box/never even taken out of my car) and was informed that they only do in-store credit. I don't live in Hartland and was told I could "come back sometime and talk to the owner". There is nothing posted about only in-store credit on returns.

LC pets has rude management and unresponsive management/owners. Will never shop there again. Had an issue it was not only of rectified but I received no response or crude and rude responses.

Don't get a puppy here, the price you pay is insane compared to any local rescue and does not include vetting.
