When talking about Walmart, the Hartford location stands out as one of the best. The store is well-maintained, with a clean and spacious parking lot. Inside, it's generally organized and stocked. Their grocery pickup service operates smoothly, and you'll find the staff to be generally friendly. If you find yourself needing to shop at Walmart, this location is definitely a great choice.

I enjoy shopping at this local Walmart to me because I was a skilled laborer involved in the construction of this location (and several others). It is interesting to notice things about the building that normal everyday shoppers overlook, yet know that I worked on putting it together. I am proud to be a customer still nearly 10 years after it's completion.

I absolutely love this Walmart. It is clean, well stocked and well staffed. Always three or four checkouts open so I don’t have to stand in line or use self check out. I drive thirty minutes to shop at this Walmart in spite of the fact there are two metro markets and a Walmart within fifteen minutes of my home. Staff is always polite , friendly, and helpful. Keep up the great job.

Horrible experience In the back (Electronics Services). I was standing up there waiting for a long time and no one was helping me, (There were 4 workers in that section )Another woman came and they gave her service before me. Even though I was standing there waiting for so long. I've had other experiences where workers have even been sarcastic. I had to walk away and get another worker who didn't even work in that section to help me. Absolutely ridiculous.

Walmart won't even price match their own website, i came in to buy yoga blocks, I noticed the price in store was more expensive than on their website. I asked the cashier to price match and the cashier said it was an online only promotion, and I could place the order online and pick it up tomorrow. Customer service at it's worst.

I visit this Walmart Supercenter about 2 times a week and it always is stocked and clean! There is a great amount of employees and they are all incredibly helpful when I am looking for something in particular. I will continue to visit this Walmart in the future.

Stopped today to do an "easy" return for something I purchased online. Sure it would be easy if the guy behind the customer service desk wasn't a jerk! I know it's Walmart, but jeez does anyone have any custom service skills? Belittling and condescending tones should never be used.

Its a hit or miss on the customer service but i have never gotten actual customer service the cashiers 98% of them are rude and always trting to see whos out to steal or ehatever reason they have their produce is not good only certain vegetables and fruits look good they have good selection of meats and other food items.The cashiers in the mobile laptop area are very nice and welcoming i think they should train the other employees in the front area

Whenever I walk into this store, everything has moved to a different area.I used to know where everything was, and people thought I worked there because I wore a vest. It had Mickey Mouse on it, though. I still could answer their question and help them out.Now, I stood by the sewing section with fabric for almost an hour. I am handicapped and can't stand that long, so I sat on the table. Workers walked by, and I would try to say something, but they would say it's not their department. I was about to go on the loud speaker when this nice young man stopped to see if I had been help yet. I told him I would not be on this table with all this fabric if I had been helped. I told him my frustrations of how many workers came by and just walked past when I tried to say something or it's not my job, plus how I had been there now an hour for sure.First, he said he would get the lady who is supposed to be helping you, but she is helping a manager just down the aisle and probably didn't hear you ring the bell. I told him there was no bell. That made him really upset. He left and told the woman I needed help, and I have been there over an hour waiting. She came and apologized profusely. She said she had no idea what happened to her bell. It just disappeared. I looked around when I first got here and yelled a bit. With my back and knees, I couldn't go far. Some of your coworkers came by... Oh, never mind, I just want to get home. I gave her the lengths of 5 different fabrics. All of them a dollar a yard. I got a lot of yardage.That young man who came to talk to me had to be around 22 or 23 years. He met with all the managers and talked to them about smiling at customers and saying hi, plus asking if they need any help. Even if you are going on your lunch break.I haven't noticed a change.Staff there are unhappy for some reason.

I was there just for auto maintenance stuff filters oil that kind of stuff they have good prices And cleaning products for cars and trucks. They have everything you can think of. And better prices in the auto stores

They don't pay employees a living wage, so I wouldn't want to work there . Even their auto techs are paid a low lousy wage that's impossible to live on. Poor quality merchandise. Also missing items from orders entails a 20-40 minute phone call. Can't do anything via chat anymore. Am expected to return spoiled items. I'm done with Walmart when wm + expires.

I just returned from the Hartford, WI. Walmart and just had to write a review. I called to make an appointment this morning at 11 AM and spoke to Diane in automotive about a tire repair. She asked if I could come right in and I said yes. I got there at about 11:15 and was home by noon with a properly repaired tire. Eugene the certified tech was awesome! They also has a tech in training (Jake) was also very interested in learning from Eugene. In a world where I just appreciate someone actually showing up for work, it is refreshing to see that there are still employees who care about their customers. I tried to tip the technicians but they stated that Walmart's policy is to not accept tips. I sure hope they are paying these techs well. Thanks to Eugene, Jake and Diane, you have my future business.

August 2023My second visit to the Hartford Walmart. I discovered their Clearance section. It a whole section, not just one shelf. Not hidden or not here and there. It was very neat and organized. I was blown away!I love the ergonomic shopping carts, easy and comfortable to use.Proves that every Walmart isn't exactly the same.May 2023I haven't been to the Hartford Walmart for a while. Looks like they made improvements.I really liked the bathroom. There were no doors, easily accessible someone who had disabilities or wheelchair. The sinks were really accessible too, one low enough for someone in a wheelchair or short person/child.My main purpose of visiting this Walmart was to use the Wisconsin lottery machine. I didn't shop.

Walmart is a convenient place to go for a variety of items. They have a wide selection of products, from groceries to clothing to electronics, so you can find just about anything you need. The prices are usually pretty reasonable, so you can save money by shopping there. However, I've had some mixed experiences at Walmart. The store can be very crowded, especially on weekends, which can make it difficult to navigate. The checkout lines can also be very long, which can be frustrating if you're in a hurry. Additionally, I've found that some of the products I've purchased there have not been of the best quality. Overall, while Walmart can be a convenient place to shop, I think there are other stores that offer a better shopping experience.

This is by far one of the nicest Walmart stores I've been in! It was clean, organized, and there were cashiers available as well as a nice self-checkout area. 10/10 would drive out of my way to shop here as opposed to the stores closer to my house.
