Love spending your time in the pharmacy meeting other people waiting to get medication? What to spend countless hours on hold getting something correctly done? Love talking endlessly to random strangers in line? Then this is the place for you!This is the first online review that I have written. That is how annoyed I am. I never complain or write reviews. One star is being very generous.I have been a long term patient and kind customer. Tonight after waiting in line in the store for an hour just to pick up the wrong medication. The line was so long I didn’t want to hold anyone up so I moved on without looking. My fault. Ok it’s fine so I call to get it corrected and I am still at this moment holding going on 57 minutes. This is when something inside me broke… That’s how over this pharmacy I am. I have waited in countless lines and been kind to all the people that work there over the years. I’m done.I am writing this review as I still sit on hold going now over an hour.What is going on? Why always short staffed?1 hour and three minutes into holding still.I will be going somewhere else. Highly recommend you also do.

I saw the negative reviews, but my experience was much different. I was looking for an obscure product, which the Walgreen's website said they carried, but couldn't find it. A nice young lady asked to help, but when I told her the product she said that she'd never seen or heard of it - and that the area in the store where it would be was her's. The head pharmacist offered to help, but same result; available online for deliver in 3 days, but not in store. We're leaving tomorrow, so I'll have to find a different source. BUT - both women were very friendly and polite.

This location and Walgreens in general is absolutely awful. I am type 1 diabetic and obviously need insulin to live and they have had a “shortage” of my life saving medication for over 2 weeks with no help whatsoever. I have called and visited many many times and I get the same run around every time. This last time, I was told to call at the end of the week. Well I called, and I have been on hold cycling through their hold music for 30 minutes two separate times. Finally got a hold of someone who stated my medication won’t go through for a few days even though it’s finally in stock. This isn’t a vitamin, this is medication I need to literally survive and they couldn’t care less. If we had any other pharmacy in Hartford, I would switch immediately. This is absolutely ridiculous.

I would not send your prescriptions to this location as you will wait a long time. This opinion is based on 3 years of experience going here. Also good luck getting the pharmacy on the phone. It’s usually quicker for me to drive the 20 minutes there to ask a simple question rather than wait (sometimes over an hour).

Joining the chorus of folks complaining that this is the slowest pharmacy ever. Every time we pick up a Rx the wait is 30-45 minutes minimum. We will be moving our prescriptions to a different pharmacy well out of our way to avoid the painfully slow service that has unfortunately become the norm at this location.

Hopefully the lack of a manager during the week walks out permanently.. the dark haired girl with the pony tail. After people were waiting for prescriptions for over a hour. She would tell them your prescription is ready, go to the end of the line... that without exaggeration was 40 minutes long. Is this the new woke culture? I said no, the .... ripped up my prescription and said find a new pharmacy. Thank you for the advice. Never been treated so rude as a customer. I apologize to the staff to be in that miserable environment with her, you deserve better. Not to mention I'm diabetic and was without medication for 4 days. The new pharmacy didn't have it in stock. Hartford was late 3 day on top of this originally. Hartford had recieved the package 3 days earlier but never put it in stock. Lousy management plain and simple. The dingbat should have said days prior, why hasn't this been recieved yet. My apologies to the staff for her and thank you for your hard work.

I had a paxlovid prescription sent there even though I’ve had terrible experiences with the pharmacy in the past…I will never go there again. I called the first time one hour after it was sent and a recording said they were working on it so I know they had it. I called 4 more times and finally spoke to a person, who was less than understanding, and said they just got it 1/2 hour ago which was a lie and I let her know it. The prescription, which is a pre-packaged box, was ready 30 minutes later. The prescription took 6 hours for them to fill which is absolutely ridiculous.

This place is absolutely terrible!!! Never on time . I've gotten the wrong prescription and they call to let me know it was wrong.then the correct one is the wrong quantity.dont know if they can't read or if they can't count.i would not go in this store if they were giving things away for free!!!!

I would give a worse rating if I could. This is the WORST pharmacy that exists. If you try to fill a prescription they will push back and not fill it for days. They randomly change their hours and do not notify customers of the changes either. If they can only find one person to work at the pharmacy for one 8 hour period a day, it tells the customers a lot about how poorly they pay and how poorly they treat employees. Get your prescription filled anywhere other than here as it is a nightmare to get anything from this pharmacy.

Long wait times, unprofessional service. Had a prescription sent in a month ago. Prep solutions for a procedure. I have gotten the runaround from them for the past few weeks, and when it became urgent I get this product, they agree to get it ready, and a day later I see online that it's been cancelled. I called to speak to the person that promised to get it ready, and he gave me the "I spoke to a lot of people last week" line and blamed others for what he messed up. Walgreens costs more than the others, and their service is slow and unprofessional. I won't be using them in the future.

This is, by far, the worst and rudest pharmacy I have ever used. The Pharmacist (Matt) is rude and his employees follow his lead. I witnessed him being rude and unhelpful to those in front of me and then myself.My daughter was seen by dermatology and prescribed a medication on Wednesday. The pharmacy told me it was not covered by my insurance. This was not true, they simply tried giving me the generic instead of the brand name (which was covered). After that was resolved (requiring a call to the doctors office- which was now closed so I had to wait until the following morning), the pharmacy told me my script would be ready for pick up in thirty minutes. I went to the pharmacy 1 hour later only to be told it was not covered by my insurance. Again, I explained the situation. They ran the brand name and found it was covered but it was out of stock. They reassured me it would be ordered and would be there the following day (Friday). On Friday, the medication was not available. I went again today (Saturday) and they still do not have the medication. Not only do they not have it but they said they do not see that it was ever ordered. The pharmacist told me it would be ordered and *might* be there on Monday. I did not receive an apology or a “sorry for any inconvenience “ but simply a “check back on Monday.”So, not only was I less than satisfied with the service I received but now my daughter will be without the medication that was prescribed to her for at least 5 days.

Lady with the Karen haircut working the front of the pharmacy has a real lash out problem. She needs correcting or just get rid of her. Hope she isn't like that at home if she has children. Sending my prescription to another pharmacy.

The pharmacy decided before even contacting me that because my insurance didn't cover the medication that they wouldn't order it for me. They then failed to call me to let me know this and make a decision for myself.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to. Pharmacy techs are incompetent, rude, unhelpful, and lack any customer service skills whatsoever (especially your ghetto tech named Lyric). If there is an issue with your prescription, not only do they not help you, but they cop an attitude when you try to explain the situation. I’ve never seen pharmacy staff yell at someone over their prescription until today. I was treated so poorly when I needed help getting my medication that I will never step foot inside this place again, for any reason.Not to mention you cannot call the pharmacy direct anymore, it goes to a call center and they will tell you your prescription will be ready in 90 minutes. When you go to the pharmacy 7 hours later not only is it not ready, they don’t even have the medication and the store can’t be bothered to call you to tell you this because they just don’t care. Then they’ll yell at you when you ask why they didn’t call to let you know.

I would like to give a Shout out to a very professional, knowledgeable,Customer friendly employee named Kevin.Kevin works in the Pharmacy.I have difficult time with my prescriptions, he is always extremely helpful. KEVIN has amazing work ethics, while keeping the customers feel like a small home time family and not just another number.

A decade of living in this area and this Pharmacy is SO slow! My children go to a pediatrician in Menomonee Falls and even if I call Walgreens to let them know a script has been sent, I am still waiting 30 minutes for them to fill it when I arrive there from that drive!Always a disappointing and frustrating experience!

Pharmacist is horrible so is pharmacy itself my vet sent a prescription over three weeks ago and showed me proof it was sent yet my pharmacy says never got it then was on the phone when my vet called them to verbally confirm the prescription still claiming they didn’t get it I’m sorry but I need the meds that where prescribed to my animal

Just got 20 greeting cards of my professional quality photos printed. Cards 1-10 looked great, cards 11-20 looked bad. The machine did not fold the cards square either. Got them on sale… card, envelope and personalization for $.99 each. However, if half of the cards need to be thrown out, it’s no sale. Card on left looks fine, card on right looks bad.

Pharmacy is not staffed. Prescriptions sent by dr don’t get filled. Then there is no way to call the store and the online center that handles their calls cannot even reach them?? How can they service people who urgently need prescriptions? What a joke

Time after time I call in to refill my prescription and when I come to pick it up, it’s never ready and they tell me to come back later or the next day. It’s disgusting how they play with peoples medication. I called in my script at 4pm. The gentleman said it’ll be ready in 90 mins. I show up at 7:30pm and they tell me it’s not ready and to come back tomorrow. Ridiculous.

Every time I get a prescription filled i have issues. The last prescription I got sent over there they did not want to deal with it and must of canceled it…….. They always use the excuse that it is out of stock all the time. I have the same three prescriptions filled the same time every month for the last 7 years and pretty much every single time they are out of stock. Hmmmmm. I think there is a simple solution here. I just need to change I pharmacies. No organization here.

This pharmacy is ridiculous when it comes to getting prescriptions filled. Every month When getting my prescription refilled, I am told that they are out of stock. Now the same thing is happening with both of my kids’ medications. Mind you, my sons medication was sent there 4 days ago and when I called today to ask why it wasn’t ready yet, that’s when they decided to tell me that it was out of stock. He will now have to go 4 days without his medication because they can’t seem to get organized enough to get medications ordered on time.

I just had a terrible experience in the Drive through. I asked a question about my new medication and she replied "How the hell should I know, I dont take it!" When I wasnt clear on another instruction I asked a question and she said "You didnt listen!" If I have experienced worst customer service, I cant recall. I will be finding a different pharmacy. If you have a choice go elsewhere

Wait time is horrendous & scripts are never ready on time. During my most recent visit, I waited 45 minutes in the drive through & there were only a total of 4 cars ahead of me (both lanes). Also, staff is very rude most of the time.

They call to let you know things are ready, only to NOT be ready when you arrive. You must then come back again. Plus, long waits evey time!
