Good Service at this location. However, the grades of fuel at the gas pump are mixed up. I know I should've looked closer before selecting a fuel grade, but I didn't realize until after completely refueling that I had just filled my tank up with fuel grade 89, which is not intended for vehicles without FlexFuel. I accept my portion of responsibility for this mistake. However, I feel it would be in the owner's best interest to place the numbers in numerical order like a normal gas station, in order to avoid upset customers due to misfueling.

We had our riding lawnmower, hand mower & snowblower, winterized& ready for summer 2021, 11/29/20. Snowblower used only a few times and it started making a clunk noise. Riding lawnmower delivered back to us & wouldn't start, snowblower made a clunking noise. I called immediately and got no where with the head guy, Ron. Greenville Coop & Ace Hardware Power Dept, don't stand by their work. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Poor attitude and lousy workmanship. My husband decided to check the battery on the Riding lawnmower and it was no good. I called & asked why the battery wasn't tested when it was brought in & was told they DON'T START UP THE EQUIPMENT! WOW!! Apparently the service mechanics don't have a clue on what they are doing. All three worked fine before they started working on them. Live less than 1 mile away & they charged me $30 pu & delivery & only deliver when they have other equipment deliver. $357.00 for nothing. Called Northside Hardware and they were friendly & able to pick up our snowblower the next day. If you choose to have any equipment serviced at Greenville Coop, please start it up & try it out before paying for it. Don't stand by their work and have an attitude besides. Going to file a complaint with the BBB & Consumer Protection Agency of Wisconsin

Helpful, knowledge, though they are getting a new someone in the feed mill**Update**They now overcharge for feed bags, I received 28 bags of feed and was charged for 40, feed was ordered for the first of the month, and delivered on the first. But was charged for the 31. I called to fix the problem and was told I didn't make myself clear, was yelled at by Mark, and then hung up on. No way to run a business.

The staff at the coop is absolutely the best. Helpful, friendly, and patient ... even with a guy like me (born and raised in the city) who has a lot to learn about the ways of living out here a rural area!Reasonably priced equipment repairs and timely service too. Always my first place to go for great service!
